I ordered a burger, fries, and a milk shake. I told the cashier i wanted a black and white milkshake they gave me cookies and cream. She replaced the milkshake with the correct one. the burgers are very small half of the burger was cooked and the other half was pink. I ate the half that was cooked until I noticed it was pink and I spoke to the staff and they told me that all the burgers are cooked this way unless you tell us otherwise. I was never asked how I wanted my burger cooked from the beginning and I’ve purchased from shake shack in many different places I never had a this problem. Here’s pictures of how it looked. I threw away the pink parts and I was so disappointed

It was my first time in Shake Shack and I was positively surprised. The double burger was one of the best burgers I ever had. The only improvement I would make is the size, burgers and fries are pretty small for their prices. Service could be more friendly as well.

Can never go wrong with Shake Shack. This was a large and easy to spot restaurant in the mall. Just as consistent anywhere I go which is awesome. Got the double shack burger and a cookies n cream milkshake. Both tasted as great as ever

This is what’s wrong with the world these days. People been in the restaurant walking around and just watching potential customers as they slowly prepare to open at least 30 minutes late. Big sign on the wall welcoming people to visit at 11am! (PS- you may want to tell the staff you changed the hours of op).

This burger chain met my expectations for the burger and shake, but unfortunately fell short on everything else. The fries were just not super good, and I even tried the cheese fries which weren’t much better. The chicken nuggets aren’t amazing either. The burger and shake were top notch though, so I definitely recommend going just for that.

Shake Shack is a guaranteed winner. This mall restaurant was big and simple to find. Anywhere I travel, it’s just as consistent, which is fantastic. I ordered a cookies n’ cream milkshake and the double shack burger. Both were delicious as usual.

Shake Shack is usually on point. Today, not so much. My burger was certainly not completely cooked – threw the remaining part out. The other burger we had was completely cooked. Also, the drinks were not labeled and had to be remade because they couldn’t tell us which was diet and which was regular. Takes 2 seconds to punch the hole on the lid. Lazy.

I gotta say being from the west coast I never thought that there would be a better burger then one you can find at (in and out burger)! I was wrong shake shack killed it for me and it wasn’t even close! The only bad thing I can say about it is that the burgers aren’t very big so you might need 2 or maybe 3 to get full! Besides it was amazing and I would highly recommend getting the chesse fries also!!
