First time trying shake shack. Stopped in for a quick take out order of nuggets and fries . I must say I loved the entire operation and how things are run. You can order from either the self-serve kiosk or at the counter. The restaurant is clean and organized with a comfortable dining area with indoor and outdoor seating. Prices are fair and the food was delicious, freshly made and served hot. The nuggets were big and juicy freshly made and delicious. The fries were hot and fresh and also delicious. I was impressed with the quality of the food and the service. They bring the food to your table as you are comfortably seated, which is a nice feature. Great customization options to choose from when ordering a burger. Loved the service and the food. Will definitely be back to try a burger and a shake. Keep up the great work.

I’m giving 5 stars straight off the bat just for the ridiculously good customer service. The people that work here are so nice and kind. The food was good, but I think it’s on the expensive side for the size of the burger but I believe it’s Angus beef raised with no antibiotics, so you gotta pay for that. I wouldn’t get a burger again for the price but the shake was delicious and would definitely get it another time. Also, I found this place to be very modern compared to other burger joints and I love that!

Ordered 2 burgers w/fries, 2 Strawberry Shakes, and a strawberry lemonade. The food was “OK” but not worth $80+. The strawberry shakes weren’t bad but tasted more like white chocolate and had no strawberry in them. The burgers were also not bad but were not worth what we paid. The strawberry lemonade was very good. However, I won’t eat there again.

Update: I had originally left a bad review at this location because the food had tasted terrible. The following day, the Shake Shack Managment team reached out to me & made things right. They give a majority of my money back as store credit and asked if they could win back my business by trying it again with improvements. So we went back and they did just that. Everything was nice and fresh this time. The burgers tasted good! Great job team Shake Shack for doing that right thing and taking the time to listen to your customers.
