Shake Shack has excellent burgers. The meat is high-quality. If you want to nitpick, the patties are a bit on the smallish size, and the veggies are a tad sparse. I had the “stack,” which is basically a fried portobello mushroom on top of a beef patty. The combination was awesome! I also had a vanilla shake, and it was superb. The custard is made from real eggs, and you can definitely taste that.

Great burger, average crinkle fries. Quite pricey. Cookies and cream milkshake was very good.

This is a popular hamburger joint in the new 2nd & PCH business plaza. The place is very clean and new. They have both outdoor and indoor seating areas. The food came out very quick. The quality of the food is just OK. The price is on the higher side compare to In & Out or other fast-food chains. Plenty of parking spaces in the parking structure with 500+ spaces or on the street near by. This is a handicap friendly facility.

There seems to always be a big queue on to the highway for this place. We lucked out for breakfast and managed to get car parking about 8am. I struggled with hearing the server behind the Perspex. The breakfast came to 65$ for 2 adults and 2 kids. It arrived with smaller portions that expected and cold but tasty. On a plus not the view was nice.

I have heard so many good things about this place and was pleasantly surprised to find out it lives up to the hype. The burgers and shakes are the real deal. Just wish I lived closer!

Shake shack, for a fast food restaurant, is overpriced. The burgers weren’t very special. I prefer In-and-out.

In-and-Out or Shake Shack? Super close but you decide. Great location with 2 parking structures, first 2 hours free. They have excellent burgers and their bacon cheese fries are excellent too. You order from their kiosks and they text you when your order is ready. Indoor and outdoor sitting.

Its super small inside, but outdoors is a food size, and they have heater lamps.

I was taken with the ShackBurger: a nicely grilled hand-formed patty to which I added the rare condiments of Roadside Onions and Cherry Peppers, along with more usual toppings. The others with me commented on the exceptional crispness of the Chicken Shack.
