This place has great burgers and fries that are always cooked fresh. Definitely love the crispy onion rings on the burger!Closest to In-N-Out that we can find in Florida. Only complaint is that most of the workers are rude and don’t clean the dining room during peak times. Other than that it’s a good place to visit for a quick meal and highly recommended!

Stood in line to place order at the tablet station. Out of the 4 tablets 2 don’t work. It takes a while to go through the menu to order, especially when your in a group. The staff never offered to take orders at their station to help the line forming. After ordering and paying at the tablet we sat down and waited for a text to tell us our food was ready. The chicken bites were the best out of all fast food chicken nuggets. Blows Chick FIL A out of the water. They melt in your mouth they are so soft and the flavor is amazing. The burgers are ok. Pretty small and not filling unfortunately. Definitely go for a double instead of a single. The fries were good but you have to order them on the side as they don’t have combos. That also includes ordering your drink on the side. It basically comes out to $15-$20 a meal which is kinda outrageous.

I’ve had shake shack at other locations- this was my first time at the Midtown Location; Burger was great and shake phenomenal. I wish they had an option to add the gluten free bun on the tablet; you can say “gluten free” but the vegan patty is not gluten free, but the GF bun is vegan. Or just make a totally vegan burger so we don’t have to customize! Other than that the non dairy shake/ ice cream is sooooo good you won’t miss the milk (:

I had hopes for this pace but instead I’m left with an over priced meal. The Rootbeer Float is so not worth the $5.69. The burger is really greasy, flat and honestly it tastes like a Wendy’s burger. The only item that was good was the crinkle fries. Save your $17 and got to the Burger Spot or make your own at home if you want a burger.

The service and good is great. Joan our cashier was amazing! Greeted us with a smile and even asked if we needed help walking out of the restaurant with our food and drinks. We were visiting from NYC and eat at Shake Shack a good bit there but the service here was so much better than NYC and the burger too was cooked to perfection. Thank you Tampa staff!

I was highly disappointed with my experience. I was never welcomed when I arrived. After placing my order on the mobile tablet, i received a text message on my phone that my food was ready. Once I retrieved my food, it was not hot and the staff seemed irritated and unwelcoming. The shake was subpar. I could pass on this place next time.

Absolutely the worst service and trashy atmosphere in a seemingly nice area of Tampa. Nothing was done right, or with any care in the world all but the cook in the back were on their phones literally on a speakerphone call, handing people shakes that were pre-made and mostly melted. Not to mention the groomer flags all over the place. January this place was decent, today Absolute Rubbish.
