I was curious about the easy food offered at Shack Shack so went to its location in Mosaic. Its just up the street past the movie theater. The server behind the counter was friendly, knowledgeable, patient with this first time customer. I never order hamburgers out b/c most places serve these gross, overly large stacks and call them hamburgers. At shake shack the patties are thin so I’m sure to get a well done patty. For those of you who need pink in the middle, you can get that here too. They serve krinkle fries with your sandwich. Lettuce, tomatoe, onion, pickles are offered too. What everyone enjoys at Shake Shack are their very thick and cold milkshakes. Everyone had one except me. Aside from the basic vanilla, chocolate, strawberry,, Shake Shack offers daily surprise flavors for you to choose from. I didn’t want a brain freeze so I didn’t have one. My lunch mate enjoyed a chocolate shake and totally loved it! Give ’em a try if you’re looking for a less pricey lunch and good simple food. Bonapetite!

The service and atmosphere were fine but the food… not so much. I added Avocado to my burger in which they only gave one small slice. I asked for a lettuce wrap and they did but instead of letting the burgers cool for a minute, they put the steaming hot burgers in the lettuce, thus wilting it and making a greasy mess. Even Carl’s Jr. can make a lettuce wrap so it’s concerning this place cannot. Literally save your money and go elsewhere. It was crazy expensive for not so great food. I never leave reviews but this was so disappointing I have to warn others. Just don’t go. It wasn’t busy when we went so they were not overwhelmed.

Excellent option for appropriately priced burgers and shakes in mosaic. They have large and clean inside seating, order kiosks, and friendly staff. Great shakes for ~$6. Parking is scattered around mosaic district, so depending on where you park plan to walk for a few minutes to get to the restaurant

I had the plant burger per my Doctor’s insistence on cutting red meat out of my diet. It becomes very clear after the first bite that it is the tomatoes and onions I tasted with the plant burger adding texture to the burger. I don’t like condiments like ketchup or Mayo, but for those that love their condiments, the plant burger will give you the satisfaction of having a tasty burger without the meat. Otherwise, most Veggie Burgers I have tried tasted like large Falafel Sandwiches with tomato and onions.
