The food was fine, but it felt understaffed. The wait was pretty long compared to other eateries at the food court. Shakes were good. Shack stack was interesting. There was barely any sauce on any of the burgers, though.

Great burgers! My burger was perfectly cooked and delicious. As others mentioned, the wait time for food is a little slow but this location just opened so I am assuming they’re still getting comfortable. A little pricey, but these days everything is. I would come back!

I love shake shack and soon as I heard it was open at newport I went to order my shack burger which comes with lettuces and tomatoes but when I got home and took first bite. My mouth was burning. My sandwich had a bunch of diced red peppers onions and bacon. Clearly my sandwich got mixed up with someone else. I actually like onions and bacon so I would have been fine with that even though I didn’t order it but the spicy diced red peppers messed it all up. I don’t like spicy food at all. However I will still return because the staff was very nice, they just opened so I know some crew are still learning so i understand the mistske

The cashier, was busy on her phone. The service and servers was completely unprofessional, they was wearing there uniforms in a unprofessional way, . The burger was completely greasy and disgusting. Gave me a chicken burger when I asked for the ‘shroom (I am a strict vegetarian). Waited 30 minutes to get the wrong order, and then another 15 minutes to get the right burger (and only after I very politely reminded the staff that I am *still* waiting for the shroom burger that I ordered). Revieved eyerolls instead of apologies. Was very rudely asked to toss the chicken burger away myself. Saw another customer’s order get messed up in a similar manner. The actual burger was very oily… to the point of being slightly disgusting. All in all would rather go hungry than come here again.

Terrible Shake Shack. Gave them my number and my name. Waited for over 40 minutes to get a text and never got it. Went up to pick up to see what’s going on. Turns out that they put in a completely different name for my order and while I was waiting, they were just giggling when I told them my name. Staff was just standing around instead of checking and when I finally got the food, it was too soggy and they gave me the wrong shake. Never going to this one again, horrible experience overall.
