Three words: white truffle burger. WOW. What an experience. I’ve been a big fan of shake shack, but this new burger has me dreaming about it still. The cheese sauce for the fries is out of this world. Had the amazing pomegranate basil drink, so good. It is not inexpensive and the food is heavy so it’s a once in a while treat. The dining area was clean and well kept. Good job staff!!

Shake shack has gluten-free hamburger buns. Awesome! My son had the bacon cheddar fries and a hotdog and he said his order was high and cooked correctly. I had a double hamburger and a gluten-free bun and everything was very tasty. They also are known for their shakes. We did not try one but saw couple people who ordered them and they looked really really tasty.

Didn’t understand what the hype was about. Burger was pretty good but not exceptional. The fry had a lot of oil smelled of overused burnt oil. The restaurant is pretty clean, very luminous. Self-service, stuffs were good and helpful.

I ordered through Uber Eats. I got cheese fries and they gave me such a small amount of cheese. Is this a first word problem? Absolutely! But I also shouldn’t have to pay extra when they don’t want to provide the minimum!

I should’ve checked the reviews before coming here but at least I can say that I tried Shake Shack. The food quality is good but the price point is high. I dined in with my daughter who barely eats but hey, we thought we were pulling up to a fancy restaurant and when we walked in I was surprised. We weren’t greeted! I realized after standing in the wrong place that I needed to go to the “kiosk” to order our food (the main door had signs that stated out of order). The setup is cafeteria chic I guess, you place your order and when it’s ready you get a text to pick it up. As I stated before the food quality is good but for 2 people $40 isn’t cheap. I also wanted to tip the guy who cleaned the tables he was nice, so I hope that the staff are paid well.

I waited 25 mins for a cold overly salty veggie burger. There were some chewy rubbery fried onions on top…….I never receiced the text that my burger was ready. When I went the window the attendant passed it to me and shut the window and walked away. I didn’t have a chance to look at it. She didn’t ask me if I needed anything else. She just handed it to me and closed the window. I didn’t even have a napkin in the bag. And it cost $10. First time and last time there.

Decided to try this spot out. I wasn’t all that impressed. The food wasn’t bad, but I’ve had better. What bothered me the most was the warmness off the food I ordered. I got the impression the food was cooked to order, so when I picked up my order, I was a little surprised to learn nothing was hot. Everything was just…warm. Even the drink was warm…like it was poured at room temp and had ice added to it to chill it. Given how much the meal cost ($20+ for a burger, fries, and drink) I just expected a better experience. Not sure of it’s that location or the norm with the chain.
