First time visiting Shake shack and the food was fantastic!!! It was a long wait for the food and kinda pricey to be honest. It always gets recommended to me so it was a must try. Between ordering and getting our food it took about 20-25 minutes. I thought being in the outlet mall has got to be the reason because it was packed.

No room to sit. Interesting how they check on the family next to us how they are doing and what they need. But didn’t even look my way with my family. I don’t understand even with tip you can’t get my order right. I just wanted the bacon Avocado but not no bacon Avocado nothing. It’s not hard I did the order on the computer.

Went to shake shack for dinner with friends and it was alright. It was my first time going and the drive through speaker was broken which happens but then when a worker came out to take my order they seemed so angry to be at work and taking orders. We asked for one or two ingredients to be on the side of our burgers since we were sharing and the lady seemed a little confused on how to do that. After that we paid and waited for our food at the window. The lady at the window gave us a total and asked us to pay again…which we didn’t we told her we already paid which threw her off and she sorta scrambled to figure out what we had. Then we waited for our food got what we wanted and went back to our hotel to enjoy our dinner. The stuff we asked for on the side was not on the side but we picked it off so it was fine and the rest of the meal was good.

ordered the black truffle burger & bacon shack, along with chocolate vanilla milkshake. both burgers were delicious, with the right amount of meat, cheese, bread and sauce. every bite was very enjoyable. my fave about shake shack is also its milkshake, which is always yummy and filling.
