Yuck! The grilled cheese sandwich they served my daughter was totally burnt and looked like it was an old grilled cheese sandwich that was pulled out from a trash can. It was totally disgusting and I returned to the counter. The kitchen staff made her another sandwich but she was too upset and could not finish it. Even though my daughter likes grilled cheese sandwiches from Shake Shack I will not be returning to this location when she requests Shake Shack. I have been to other locations in DFW and other States and this one does not match up to the Shake Shack standard.

I was overjoyed upon learning Shake Shack was opening up in my neck of the woods, and I’ve been there several times since. Whether dining in or going through the online order drive-thru, the service has always been a positive experience.

Shake Shack is a very good burger. I tried the Link Burger – has a sausage link from Pecan Lodge, which sounds awesome, but wasn’t all that – good, just not all that I expected. The basic burger is good enough. Fries are good. Drinks are weird – they make them behind the counter, so there are no soft drink machines to get refills – so I don’t actually know if they have free refills. Shakes are very good, just small and pricey. Definitely worth a visit.

Just went to Shake Shack for the first time and was truly disappointed! Placed an order for 4 people for the Shake Stack (beef with mushroom) and fries to go and the total was $68.22. The girl taking the order then tells me to select the tip amount. I asked a tip just to take a to go order? She said it was for all of the workers in the restaurant. I thought they were paid wages for that, but gave a $5 tip anyway. I guess the tip was to small, because when the order was ready, she and another girl stood behind the counter and yelled my name for me to come pick it up, when they were carrying orders to other tables since we were given numbers. The burger was average in taste but they are the size of most places junior size burgers. The fries were average crinkle type fries, nothing special! You would think for the price of the food at the place; with small portions.

Food is good but absolutely ridiculously expensive. The staff can’t even fill up the 4 dollar fries you pat for which are basically on par with what you would buy at a store. Take your money to other places where you get more food for your buck.

Delicious burgers. Our kids really like the fries as well. The nice thing about the burgers are that they seem appropriately sized and not gigantic like a lot of burger places. The building, being relatively new, seems to be clean and well done. The AC definitely works as both times we have been there everyone is cold inside the restaurant. Not too terribly cold but going into the Texas heat doesn’t feel too bad after being in there. Ultimately, we will go again as our kids like the burgers and grilled cheese.

I was in the mood for a burger and never been here before. I was impressed with the amazing customer service and friendliness of the staff. Then I received my burger and man was I blown away with how delicious it was. I’m talking tasty, juicy, cheesy cheeseburger that I was definitely craving. I loved the crinkle fries too. To top it off they have a wide selection of drink options. I got the pomegranate sweet basil juice that was just fantastic! I’m definitely coming back!

Meal was not worth the price. Grossly over priced. The fries with cheese had cheese that tasted old with cold fries. Burger was smashed down and skinny. The strawberry shake was good but meal was a little over $20 and was no where near worth that price. The burger also seemed very undersized.

Good place for burgers, but it’s a high price for burgers and shakes. The location is clean and simple. There are a lot of other places for good burgers. I guess if you are a Shake Shack fan. I guess I had to try. I heard they get their meat from Pat Lafreda!
