An underwhelming dining experience on many levels, especially when one takes into account how famous and how high a reputation this burger joint enjoys. The place is clean and well designed but clearly understaffed. One can only pay with a credit card at the self-service payment terminals, and who is the tip for when no one is waiting on you?! The sandwiches were small with limited toppings, and the fries were nothing to crow about. Prices are too high for what one gets, particularly when compared to other upscale burger joints like Five Guys. This Shake Shack location is in serious need of improvements on all fronts.

Pretty ok for what it was. Ample parking room. Fat friendly seating . Kiosks for ordering (cards only), and regular front cashier for those payments with cash. We paid in cash. The employee seemed annoyed to be there (not a people person I guess). Food comes out, not crazy about the chicken bites(they were almost cooked down to nothing, more breading than anything). The burger was very greasy and I am glad I got a double because it was small. The cheese was oozing out of it and I don’t know if it was because it being cheap or because of the grease. Made it very hard to hold. Glad I had plenty of napkins. I actually like greasy burgers. If only it was built better and bigger.

I came here last year and had a less than ideal experience, but the food saved it a little. Although, this experience was the last straw. I always give a place 2 tries, and this places 2 tries are up, and I’m very disappointed. I’ve read other reviews about this place, stating how clean it is and how nice the food is. Maybe we just came on a bad day both times, but almost all of the tables were covered in leftover crumbs, dirt, and grease, which the staff was also not doing anything about. The food was also very atrocious. The burgers were so greasey that I had to wash my hands three times just to get all the grease off. Greasy burgers can be good, but the grease wasn’t pleasant. The fries were decent but had an odd taste. The bacon and cheese fries were some of the worst fries we’ve ever had, though. The cheese had a very plastic taste, and the bacon had a bad taste so much that I could only take a few bites. Another person I came with got the food from the counter and asked if it was the name that we had put into the kiosk, but the employee that he asked started looking the other way when he started talking. I’ve never seen such bad service. Overall, the cons and price far outweigh the pros. The menu looks great, but the service, food, and cleanliness make it so we’re not coming again. We would give it zero stars if we could.

Delicious burgers and fries. Very clean restaurant with nice, sleek design elements. I really like the option to order ahead online or on the touchpads just inside the door. We were there at 11am on a weekday. It was nice and quite at that time of day. There were mostly pickup/grubhub orders. Our food came out quickly, just the right amount of time for it to be made to order. I thought we had to go pick it up at the counter but as soon as we received the text that it was ready, a gentleman was walking our food out to us. The employee that we dealt with was friendly. I thought the portions were more than enough. Two of us shared a cheese fry. I could not finish my sandwich and we had fries leftover. That being said, I think a man, or teenage boy for example, might want a double burger. It is a little on the pricy side. Maybe they did not adjust for midwest pricing, I think they are out of NYC. I was shocked that this location only has 3.1 stars currently.

Our first time here. Ordered single Shack burger. It was DELICIOUS! The quality of hamburger was superb! All the extras were fresh. Service was great! Strawberry & chocolate shakes were thick and delicious! French fries were hot and delicious! We will definitely return!

My new favorite burger place. The burgers are really good. They are well seasoned and I love the bun. They don’t cost much more than the major chain burger joints. I like the crinkle cut fries. I tried the buffalo chicken sandwich and I thought it was good. Decent sized breaded chicken breast that was well seasoned and tasted like a buffalo wing. It was not very spicy but the flavor was nice. It was clean and the price was fair.

We arrived and ordered a cup of classic shake at around 7:30 pm on Sunday. It took us approximately 15 minutes, so we recommend ordering online if you hate waiting. Other than that, the restaurant is clean and bright. It will be a good place to hang out with friends and family.
