Frankly, I’ve rarely been this disappointed with food. I got a double burger, 6 pcs of chicken and a 50/50 lemonade iced tea for $25+tip. The burger was tiny and sloppily assembled and looked about as far from the advertised look as imaginable and the chicken pieces were vanishingly small (see picture). Nothing about this meal was worth its price. Would strongly advise against eating here. If I could un-tip for the food I received, I would.

I don’t usually eat fast food but I noticed that they had a sign for a new non-dairy chocolate shake using NotCo’s NotMilk which I had to try. I’d say it was pretty good and might get it again in the future if I’m ever in the mall again. I would recommend it to any vegans in the area craving a milkshake.

Just stopped for a Malt. Being a native Philadelphian, it’s refreshing to see Black & White as a flavor. That means half vanilla and half chocolate. (Oh my, how that brings back memories of my youth.) What was also delightful was that shake was drinkable through the straw. West coast shakes are usually so thick that doesn’t happen. A shake should be frothy and this one did not disappoint! Kudos to Shake Shake!

I’ve tried the Shack Burger before and loved it, so I was expecting more than what I received. The burger wasn’t juicy and the bread was kind of squeezed. Taking that away, the order was prepared really fast. The store is located inside the Westfield Centre.

My goodness so slow, the food is cooked but they’re so slow and disorganised getting it to the customers waiting, food sits there for 5-10 mins just waiting for someone to pick it up and to pass to a customer.

Shake shack in San Francisco is not it. I have tried every location and they are all terrible. They serve cold food. The locations in Las Vegas are the best. Or they might have new food temp policies that prohibit a certain temperature of food. The food is never above 100 degrees which seems unsafe. I ordered at a time when it wasn’t busy so I thought i would get a fresh shroom burger and fries. No they have them premade in a heating tray. I hate to be the customer to ask them to remake my food. No customer should have to ask for their food to be hotter. They had the audacity to put a caution hot sticker. Shouldn’t food come hot?

I have NEVER been to SS. I stopped in for fries and was COMPLETELY disappointed. I should have known that when the fries were ready almost immediately after I ordered that something was up. The fries were not fresh. They were mushy/hard due to sitting around. I will not return to this SS or any other for that matter. Biiiiie.
