We were in the area shopping at the Outlets so we decided to come check this place out. They didn’t have two of the lemonades we wanted to try, so we had the plain lemonade. We also realized they don’t have Combos/meals so everything would have to be purchased individually. Food was good, tried the Shack burgers, fries & nuggets, and chocolate shake. When we pulled up to drive thru there was three vehicles ahead and wait was still not long.

The food was super good. I got the cheesy bacon fries and a chocolate shake. The cheese was so creamy, and the shake was so rich. It was also made really fast with my family’s 2 burgers and 2 fries as well. Everyone was really nice and friendly. I also noticed a lot of their stuff (straw wrappers, utensils, etc.) were either made from recycled materials or biodegradable, so that’s just another little bonus. I’m really glad they opened this location at the mall 🙂

To begin was my first time the girl on the drive thru make me repeat myself 5 times , and the prices are absolutely ridiculous for the burgers to be so small and you have to get everything separately so I’m not coming back

First time coming here, they charged me 23$ for a burger, fries, and shake, and then gave me the wrong burger. Ridiculous. The burger is also tiny.
