Great Burgers quite a few choices for people who do not eat meat as well there is a mushroom burger that I have yet to try because it looks a little intimidating but I’ve heard good reviews. there’s also really great milkshakes as well. both indoor and outdoor seating. once you come into the restaurant there are kiosks to the right side where you place your order and then you wait.

We got there close to closing time, so the wait was very long, they were out of fries and ice cream, and unfortunately the mushrooms on our burgers were cold – it felt like they didn’t get cooked at all (cheese was cold and hard too). Disappointing since I LOVE shake shack, and usually don’t have this experience.

I had a chocolate shake. It was good but expensive over $6.00 for what appears to be a medium everywhere else. Front door was boarded and you have to enter through the Hotel next door or patio. Interior is cleanish, but bland. The place has no personality. You use a kiosk to order your food and then a tip is requested. Not sure why the employees literally just call your number and hand you the food. Tips are for people who wait or serve you. Employees seem to work well but again just put your order together and hand you your food. I can’t see a reason for my repeat business.

Don’t come here unless you have 40+ minutes to waste waiting for food. I completely understand being busy as I work in the food industry as well, but when you are THAT busy, one would think you would move with a sense of urgency. Everyone on this staff moved slower than turtles. They set our food out on the “online pickup” rack without calling out our name or number. We didn’t get any of the drinks we paid for, including an almost, if not more, $7 shake. I stood there trying to get staffs attention and was rudely ignored. If I could, I would give 0 stars; this one star is generous. I’m highly disappointed.

Employees were using gloved hands on food (adjusting french fries) after touching hair etc. Also a lot of singing/talking over the food. Canceled my order. Disappointed after looking/paying for parking and looking forward to the burger.
