We came to Michigan from Canada to visit family, and took the opportunity to try Shake Shack. It was delicious! I had the veggie burger with fries onions and cheese and it was delicious. My mom had a burger and we both enjoyed some fries. The staff were friendly and while it may take a little longer than other fast food, it was worth the wait. It was a yummy treat and I would definitely go back!

This is my 2nd time getting shake shake. I love their fries and their chicken tenders… they have 2 mobile orders in the line if you are going to pay with your debt or credit. They also have a line for the ones that will be paying cash. But I recommend ordering from the mobile order is more convenient and easy.

Good way to waste 20 minutes. For some reason they had 2 people training one person at the cash register?! The meat was greasier than usual, but the fries were solid. The only reason this was a 2 star is because the Kiwi refresher was good. And no apology for the wait, which was odd because a 4 year old could see it took over a minute per transaction?

First time at a Shake Shack and it was the best customer service we have had in a long time. My daughter has celiac and the manager came out and reassured her that her burger would be gluten sensitive. They made sure our order was labeled allergy and changed their gloves. The burgers were amazing!

Ok I’ve been to other shake shack locations and they are all better then this one which is disappointing since there’s one a mile away. The food usually taste good but it’s always something, this time it was cold and fell completely apart after 2 bites. I also waited without being asked my name or anything and finally I asked about my order and it was sitting in the counter for who knows how long. I’ll never go back it’s a waste of time and money

At Somerset, and my 3 out of 5 is generous. Way too expensive for the minimal “meal” plus service received. When I go up to order, the menu prices are miniaturized. Mind you, my eyeglass Rx isn’t even a year old. I could barely make out the text, so I ordered shake from poster ad and told children to order for themselves. We were all a bit famished. They give you a wireless buzzer as you wait. After less than nine minutes, the young lady shouted my name for pick up but buzzer never actuated. Two burgers & three shakes, I almost fantasized that maybe order was incomplete; they’d perhaps call me back up for remainder of items. Nope.

This was our first Shake Shack experience. We ordered two burgers, a hot dog, cheese fries to share and four shakes. Total was around $60 with tip! I would’ve enjoyed a McD burger more than these ones. Didn’t have much taste at all. The fries were actually really good. The shakes themselves, just bleh. Maybe I was expecting too much, but even my 4 yr old sugar girl didn’t like it. We ordered online and got our food within the expected wait time, which was nice.

Only two words best describe the fresh burgers from here. Frickin. Delicious. Picture perfectly cooked beef patties with a pillow soft but not soggy burger bun. This is how a classic burger should be done. If you’re worried about the wait, just order through the mobile app for pickup.
