It was our first visit to this location. You order up front and they bring you the food. We choose to sit outside as it was beautiful out. The food was delivered nice and hot. It had great taste and not expensive at all. Would definitely eat here again when visiting South End.

First time at this location. Pretty similar to shake shakes I’ve had in other areas, the only variation I can speak of is the fries had a slightly different taste than normal, they were closer to the taste of a Burger King fry. Either way it was delicious and the staff was very friendly.

We have them in Orlando but just haven’t had a chance to go. On vacation in Charlotte and decided to finally try it. 1st time trying Shake Shack and it did not disappoint. The burgers tasted great and fresh and the fries were cooked right and had a great flavor.

Went to Shake Shack and couldn’t decide if I wanted to try out the new “hot ones” chicken sandwich or burger so I got both. The chicken sandwich was okay, but nothing special imo.. I actually liked the SmokeShack burger much better. It came with Angus beef n chz, bacon, chopped cherry peppers, and shacksauce on a toasted potato bun. Everything worked well together from the soft n sweet bun, the juicy Angus beef, and the bacon n cherry peppers added much flavor. The crinkle fries were good, fried light n crispy. I will probably get another burger and I guess I should try a shake next time. ♂️

After nearly two years of not being near a Shake Shack, I found myself surrounded. How do I pick which one?! I feel like I lucked out landing here! Super friendly professional service, we got our food fast and it was all accurate (a must with modifications!) Shout out to Tom in particular who made this visit stellar. The food was excellent. The burgers gave off “smash burger” vibes. We no longer live in Charlotte so there is no place like this or Smash burger where we live. So this was a nice treat. It was a beautiful day so we are outside. There were a lot of people so seats were not as available but it was 100% worth it.
