First time ever trying Shake Shack and I absolutely loved it. I loved every bite of it. I loved it so much I ordered again that sitting but a double patty one. It was also my first time trying milkshakes and that was alright. It was cool that their lemonades were refillable!

This place is so good! I come here often with my friends to hang out and eat some delicious burgers. The food is amazing and the service is great. I definitely recommend for everyone to come here at least once in a lifetime, trust me you won’t regret it. Also I like that if something goes wrong with an order they are quick to replace it and make sure your are satisfied. Thank you!

I like fast serve lunch places where you order at a kiosk yourself – it speeds up the process when there’s a lot of people. The burger I received looked ok, but was quite pink in the middle. When I brought it back to the counter, I was told that is the way they prepare all burgers by default but they were happy to make me another one well done. After a few more minutes, a received a slightly less pink burger, still undercooked (I guess they’re just not capable of fully cooked meat). Chicken nuggets looked and tasted ok, but were quite greasy (fortunately fully cooked). The burger had OK flavor, but I just can’t see coming back here again where there’s better burgers being served not too far away.

This was our first time going there. The staff was very nice and have my wife a flat of ice water when she was feeling faint. The got one of our orders wrong, but promptly fixed it. The store was clean and the food was flavorful. The only caveat was the portions. They were very small for the high cost. It was expensive burgers that left us hungry afterwards. They were tasty.

This is the worst Shake Shack I have ever been to. Not only is it unkept, but the service is extraordinarily slow. The quality of the food did not deviate from other locations. They also forgot our extra order of shack sauce. As for safety concerns, the pole under the tables provides an extremely narrow entry/exit point which may lead to one hitting their shin as I did. :/ Order to go and do it in advance if you’re forced to reckon with this location.

Great fast food. Took a little long for our order and the bathrooms were really unclean. The food itself never disappoints. Spicy Chicken sandwich and cheesy fries is always a good call, but I have never been disappointed with anything that I’ve ordered. Husband had the white truffle burger and loved it.
