This place had a little loud music so I could not make calls properly but the food was good. I ordered a small veggie burger and black and white shake. The patty was wider than the bun itself so I cut it with the fork to bring it to the same radius so that I can eat it clean without spilling. The flavor of the patty was nice and unique, a little extra salty but I liked their veggie burger, definitely worth a try! The smoothie was rich and creamy.

This was my first time. I got a double with onion. Very very good but not very filling for $10. Not too greasy. Customer service was decent, friendly, but it took over 10 min and I was one out of two people in the entire store. Typical corporate music playing. Tables were a little dirty and chairs weren’t tucked in. I get it if it’s peak time but the staff had only one take out order and our two small orders. Should take an extra few minutes to make sure things are tidy. I will be going back.

Went to Shake Shack for dinner, ordered burgers and fries to go. The store was clean, the workers were friendly and greeted us right away to place an order. We were not ready to order, so we stepped aside to look at the menu and the worker was readily available once we decided on our food. Once our order was placed, we were informed it would be an 8-10 minute wait. There was some seating available while we waited. Our order was ready in the 8-10 minute window. Our food was still warm when we got home and we enjoyed the meal.

I’ve been here about three times for lunch. The lunch rush isn’t too bad. Ordering is super easy, they have someone at the register and lots of self checkout kiosks. Staff is friendly and are pretty good at getting your food out at a reasonable time. I had the veggie burger and chicken sandwich. Both were good, but I think the veggie burger was my favorite. Fries are always good. I wouldn’t get the spicy fries again, not because they were too spicy, but because I wasn’t a fan of the seasoning. The food is a bit pricey, but everything is expensive these days so I understand. I always leave feeling full and satisfied. Also, idk if it’s just me, but I haven’t been able to order through the app. I always have technical issues for some reason.

I couldn’t wait to try the shake shack. I ordered a single burger no cheese with lettuce tomato and pickles. I received a burger and a bun. Burger was not throughly cooked. After I put it in the toaster oven to finish cooking the burger. The taste was delicious. The fries were good too.

So I feel a little bad leaving a 3 star review. The food was good and service was good, atmosphere is a fast food place, the issue is the price is not. I got a single burger, fries and a strawberry shake and it was like $20. I figured if I was going to have to pay $3.50 for a soda I may as well get a shake for about $2 more. Anyway, it’s a good burger but that is a lot for fast food. Plus it automatically asks you for tip, so I left 10%, another $2. I’ll just go to Wendy’s or BK for less than half the price, or nifty fifties and sut and be waited on.

We really loved our burgers eating in Shake Shack. I got the avo burger and everyone else ordered the smoke shack. We tried the dairy free shake and it was not good, ot tasted like almonds. We had an issue using a coupon but went to the register after a failed attempt at the kiosk and the man who waited on us couldn’t have been more friendly. They are pricey…$53.00 for 3 hamburgers, 2 shakes, and a fountain soda.
