What is there not to like about Shake Shack?! I am over the moon when they open one in Sugar Land. The crowd started to pour in before the doors were opened. The interior is simple and clean. Ordering food was fast and easy. Speed of food coming out was acceptable too. Food quality is the same so I appreciate it. Thumbs up!

I had a great experience at Shake Shack! The shack burger and fries were both delicious, and I appreciated the option to get refills. The people who work there asked us for refills which I thought was nice. The bathroom was also clean, which was a plus. Overall, I highly recommend Shake Shack!

Horrible! Let’s start with no shakes! Cook at home! We waited in line for 20 minutes with 3 cars in front of us. To get to the window for cold fries, burnt burger that’s the size of a happy meal, with an extremely cold straight out the refrigerator bun. I’m not going to comment on the chicken….ugh. Everything we purchase was cold. We wasted $40 and I would have taken it all back for a refund, but the line inside was also long.

Came in on a Friday during lunchtime, it was pretty crowded. However the burgers and fries came out fresh and there wasn’t too long of a wait. Nothing crazy or special about the food. I would come back.

The fries and shake were good but the burger was tiny and didn’t taste great. (packet of mayo in photo for size reference lol). My burger had the saddest little piece of lettuce on it.

I’ve always been a fan of Shake Shack since the OG one in Madison Square Park when we had to check the Shack Cam to see when the line would be less unreasonable. It’s nice to finally have one in Sugar Land so we don’t have to drive to Rice Village when we have a craving.

The shack burger and spicy cheese fries were delicious. The chicken bites are also so good and compete with other places. I loved this location and will definitely come back.

The best way to describe this place is that it is a hipster version of 5 guys, For 2 burgers, 2 drinks, and a single order of fries, It came out to $31. overall, I felt the quality of the food was pretty good but definitely not worth the price, and the size of the portions were also fairly small.
