I just tried shake shack for the first time. I ordered a Avocado Bacon Chicken sandwich. Guess what? NO CHICKEN IN THE SANDWICH. They sent me a bacon, lettuce and pickle sandwich. How ridiculous and incompetent. Yet these fast food workers want to be paid $15-20hr and they can’t even put a chicken pattie in a chicken sandwich.

worst experience ever. now shake shack force to to leave a tip. I didn’t leave the last time in the mall. they had me waiting for my burger like 45 minutes. who knows what else these employees do to your food. never returned to the shake shack ever since. they really have to change the service.

I normally enjoy Shake Shack but this location left a lot to be desired. There was only one couple in front of me when I was about to order. The cashier was friendly and called us over when we were ready. The chicken bites were tinier than I expected. The truffle burger was tasty. The issue was the wait and the fact that they gave one barbecue sauce for two orders of chicken bites. We waited at least 20 minutes for two 6 piece chicken bites and a truffle burger.

It’s a giant ordeal to eat here. All the convenience of going through a TSA checkpoint for a forgettable meal. 20 minute wait for two orders of fries. The printer was broken, so no receipt was given. When I noticed I only got one order of fries, I mentioned it. They asked me for the receipt. I told them I didn’t have one, since their machine was broken. After another five minutes I gave up. With the gratuity for this ‘service,’ one order of fries to around $9.

No one works here. Took 5 minutes to be acknowledged that I was the ONLY person waiting to order while two staff were at the register joking and talking amongst themselves. I counted 5 staff members joking around and only one working (mopping the floor). Had to wait 14 minutes for my food – so much for the concept “fast food”

Where do we start, slow service, need a lesson in customer service, staff cleaning and using the same gloved hand to serve people food.. order was over 60.00 and I was told we only get 3 ketchups per order when I asked for me. I was completely shocked by this response. When I said we used those I was told they are only allowed to give 3 because they don’t have allt. That’s pretty funny because the cart they put the drinks on has at least 6 boxes of packets on it.
