We all know what it is, Shake Shack is consistently good but this is about shouting out the staff. Last Saturday (8/12) around 2pm there was a logjam of people in the lobby, elbow to elbow.

Cashier and employees have really poor attitudes and no customer service skills.

This Shake Shack is located right next to the American Natural History Museum, that’s why we decided to stop here to grab a quick lunch before heading in.

The burgers are good but is not the end of the world. The shakes are good and creamy, my favorite was the tiramisu. They have restrooms downstairs. Is VERY crowded, I recommend you order online and pick up. The service is good though. Burgers does not include fries, you gotta pay them separately.

Stopped in for lunch after walking the American Museum of Natural History. The walk up kiosks made ordering easy especially at the height of lunch time. While the first floor seating was taken we were able to find plenty of open seating downstairs. The tables were not properly cleaned in-between customers but with the high traffic area we didn’t mind doing a quick wipe down. Our food was read in less than 10 mins. Chicken sandwich and chicken bites were hot and tasty. Fries were not hot, more room temperature and subpar. The shake flavor selection was small. We choose the mini size and it was a perfect way to end our meal.

Great burger and drink venue. Really tasty vegan burger option, nice crinkle cut fries. Mango and passion drink was just a squash though but all ok.

The chocolate shake was so good! This was a bit of a splurge for me, but I don’t think I would get the burger again even though it was a really good. Little trick: downstairs there are a bunch of tables that not a lot of people use, so it’s nice and quiet! I would get the shakes again and I recommend dipping the fries in the shake 🙂 !

One of the very few American fast food chains I’d love to have in Europe. Great crinkle cut fries and burgers! And the strawberry milkshake was pretty good too
