Came by one evening the line was out the door and around the building. So I came back two days later at lunch. Like inside only. They have indoor and outdoor dining areas. There are two tablets you ca. order on or with an actual person. There’s one big wall that has the menu so it’s easy to see. Using the tablet is simple. Food took decent time and I had it to go. So I got the SmokeShack made with Angus beef and has bacon. YUM. With the white truffle fries. Fries were normal. On the side there was a tiny container of white truffle sauce to dip them in. And to drink a Pomegranate Sweet Basil Lemonade. Wow this was delicious.

Another overhyped place with ordinary food. Previously we tried Shake Shack Burger in San Diego, and our experience wasn’t so good. However, we tried Shake Shack Burger one more time here in Victoria Gardens and our experience was no different than the last time. We came to this place like a month ago. The day was Saturday, and this place was so crowded that we could barely stand. We ordered Shack Stack and Cheese Fries. Since this place is comparatively small and they don’t have enough seating capacity inside of this place, therefore we waited for more than 15 minutes to get our seats. At the same time, they were short-handed, so their service was slow. We got our food almost half an hour later. The burger was below average and had no salt or flavor. It was overpriced as well. Their burger is nowhere close to In-N-Out Burger. In fact, I would rate Carl’s Jr. or Jack in the Box Burger a way higher than Shake Shack Burger. Not recommending this place and not gonna come back to this place again.

It’s a bit busy and you’ll have to wait in line (if you don’t use the app!) although the line moves pretty fast. The burgers are great, buns are soft and high quality. Yum

Love Shake Shack. Got my usual, Shackburger no cheese, add avocado. Also tried the cheese fries. Very cheesy, very nice.

Just an FYI, I came the first day they opened, sooooooo the line was super long, and there were no seats available even outside! However, you will find plenty of empty seats inside the food court right next door I ordered the truffle burger and let me tell you, it did not disappoint I also ordered the truffle fries yum yummy yummiest! You have to get them both to get the full truffle experience (I just can’t get enough of that truffle! It’s so goooooood!) I did want to try their tiramisu shake, but they were out hopefully, next time I wilI have to warn you though, it is a little pricey BUT worth the try. So be PREPARED to spend $9-15+ for a yummy burger, $4-5+ for fries, and don’t forget about the drink… so $25-30 for your full “happy meal”. You could always go to In-N-Out down the street… they are STILL my go-to burger place in the area! Enjoy your meal… FOR $30 YOU BETTER ENJOY EVERY SINGLE BITE!

Over price and over hype. Taste super mediocre, and the price is super expensive. Don’t go here and waste your money. 2 burgers, 2 fries, 6 pieces of nuggets, and 1 lemonade cost you $32.

My new go-to burger place. I still love In-n-Out but forget Five Guys and the others. The food is incredibly good (don’t get me started on how amazing the meat tastes), they have a quick and easy ordering / serving system and the staff are great. Super friendly and helpful.

Delicious food, nice location, and great staff. Even when it was busy, staff were still attentive and quick. Reccomend coming before 3-4pm to beat the food rush hour.
