Shake Shack is now open in West Midtown on Howell Mill at 14th street. Great, fast & friendly service. Secure parking. Clean atmosphere. Rico brought my Smokehouse Burger to the table. I greatly recommend this location along the NW Atlanta Beltline. Great new area to explore. Its great, you’ll love it.

This is a great Shake Shack location! I live nearby and eat there frequently, usually using the pick up window. It’s always a quick and smooth process. I recently ate in the restaurant with my family and the staff was very accommodating, checking up on us to make sure we had what we needed. Great food, great staff!

This new SS location is clean and easy. You order at a kiosk and then they bring your food to your seat. The quality of the food and customer service were great. Nakayla was very helpful! We will be back to this location.

It took over 30 minutes to get food because they lost the order. They rushed cooking the grilled cheese and it was burnt. On top of that there was straw wrapper in the fries. The vanilla shake was the only redeemable thing.

People were struggling to do the self-service ordering, there was a person at the cash register who pointed everyone to the self-service kiosks. The manager stood at the kiosk and offered to assist and suggestive said “there is a place to tip our servers there…” my response was, you should pay your staff appropriately, because this is self-service, no tip.
