I order here all the time. Food is usually ready when I arrive although the store is always packed. I do wish they cooked the burgers a little more. Even choosing the well done option they barely cook the patties. And I’d say chicken is not their specialty. I ordered nuggets last time and they were so salty, and not breaded properly. My kids didn’t like them either. Other than that I love their fries and shakes.

This shake shack always has a long line but it moves quickly. Food is always hot and ready cooked very well. The shakes are great and so is the outdoor seating. Also the chicken bites are addicting. Strawberry lemonade with caffeine!

The cashier was incredibly kind and sweet. The atmosphere was calming and gorgeous. The server was very nice and sweet. There was an incident with the ketchup machine but a worker fixed it right away and was sweet.

The food was good and it came to us quickly. The only thing is that it was a bit greasy but overall still really good. They were apparently out of forks, as in they said they had no more boxes of them. Overall really good and will go again.

Cookies and cream shake was the best! Thought about ordering another one before I left. The staff was amazing at taking care of the dine-in side of things! The shroom burger is good. The truffle burger is not worth it price. Needed more truffle in it.
