Small town restaurant with a large menu! This place has country cooking at its finest!! The food is genuinely delicious. It’s fresh and good sized portions for hungry customers. The best part is the prices. Most all other restaurants these days have ridiculous prices but not here. It’s fair priced with good sized portions. We live 30 miles away up in the mountains and it’s worth the drive!!!

Back when I lived down here from 2007-2018 I use to eat here all the time. Dine in and take out. I happen to be in town for the week and on Monday march 27 me and my daughter decided to eat here for lunch. We walked in about 1245 waited almost 10-15 minutes before our order was taken. It’s was almost an hr before we got our food and there was literally our table and two others. But one table had already had good and was almost done. The service was very slow. I figured maybe it was just an off day for the server. (I used to serve before for 20 years). Thought I would give it another try and went there today 3-29-23 and it was worse. We waited hr and 15 mins for food. Another table had walked in after we did, the server took their order after ours and their food was served way before ours. They had also ate and paid before we even got served. When we finally got our food my daughters meal so was hard u couldn’t even put a fork into it. My daughter’s father’s meal was so sloppy made and so much cheese he couldn’t taste anything on it. My others daughter grill cheese was half burnt on one side. Once our server served us our food she never came back until we were just about ready to leave and all she did was bring us refills which we didn’t need bc our cups were still nearly full. There were two girl waiting table and there were total of five tables. Hell there were even Togo orders coming out long before ours that called in well after we placed our order. Another table we heard complaining too about the wait for the food. Needless to say I will not be returning here. They use to have great service and wonderful food. But I’ve been there twice in a week and both times it was not what it should be.

We’ve eaten here 5-6 times the last few months. Everyone here is very nice and the food comes very quickly. Their burgers are phenomenal I would have left a 5 star rating but every time my wife gets the chicken tenders they’re a bit on the crunchy side.

Tried to order takeout. No one would answer the phone, so I drove to the restaurant to order in person. They’re short staffed, so all right. We’ve all been there. I place my order, pay, and the lady at the register messes up my change twice. I get the food, take it home, and discover that the two salads I ordered had no dressing whatsoever. Maybe it was just a bad day, but I won’t be back to find out.

The customer service was great, everyone was exceptionally friendly considering it was almost closing time. I’m sure I had the last order of the night. I will give 4 stars. The only reason I couldn’t give 5 is because my husband said his hamburger steak was rubbery. He couldn’t cut it with the plastic wear provided. Other than that everything was fantastic. I will definitely be going back, I think it was all just because my bad timing.

Food is good depending on who is cooking i guess half the time the fries are only half cooked and for about the 3erd time now my burgers have been raw have to save the plate and pray the same person isn’t cooking the next day ……..used to be way better
