Took the guys and the wifey to the bunch of lunch , I remember going there years ago with my uncle rich. All you can eat pizza salad and MOJO potatoes and other yummy stuff… 12.95 a piece not bad for what you get. They have inside and out side seating. Friendly service and staff. Fun for the kids too, with games to play. And big screens for the big kids to watch sports on. So go check them out.

I’m visiting CA from AZ and decided to have dinner with my family at this establishment. It would be an understatement to state how impressed I was with a young man named Jermaine. As he walked through the dining area, he was interacting with every person. All of his attention was focused on ensuring the well-being of everyone. Several times, he checked not only our take but also everyone else’s to ensure that there was nothing we needed. I haven’t had this type of customer service in many years especially from someone as young as him. Keep up the great work Jermaine!

Jazmine from the very get go had some of the best customer service out of any shakeys I have been too. She was full of passion and energy and smiling the whole time. Not too mention faithfully checking on customers and being attentive to their needs. I hope her managers realize how special she is to their team! Also food was spot on and the cook whose name I didn’t get made a great pizza that I requested. I will be back at this location for sure. And Dawn is doing a great job running this location!

We went as a big group and as busy as it was, we could all still hear each other, which is a big plus. The kids played games, the food was good, the service excellent. Overall very satisfying experience. Oh and parking was good.

This is the second time my family has been here. The employees do work faster and more of a team than another location we regularly dine in. They regularly pick up our empty plates during their lunch buffet hours. They regularly bring out more food and clean plates in the buffet area. It’s a great place to eat.

1pm, not too many people left but the place is a disaster. I see one employee on the register and one cooking. I count about 10 tables full of dirty dishes while we stand here waiting for someone to clear one. I finally picked one with a pie holder only.

I’ve been going here for months. The food was good and there’s a really nice cook named Cameron that got my food out pretty fast. Tatiana the manager was so loud and unprofessional I honestly don’t know how she got to be the manager of anything. The servers, cashiers, and even some of the cooks were young and immature with poor customer service, most just standing around looking dopey. went as grandson had got a free pizza. food was good but not great. took him to play games and a machine had a error code and they fixed it and recd hundreds of tickets. they were patient while he picked out his toys. would go again and have gone many times over the years.
