Okay, the food was alright. I had better. But it wasn’t bad. I did the all you can eat. I was with my 3 kids. 2 little kids and 1 big kid. The 2 little kids ate for free, which was cool. My all you can eat was $60, and my oldest son was $30, not bad. What I like about the all you can eat is you can pick what you want in the bag. And you can change it every time you get a new bag so you are not stuck eating the same thing every time. What I didn’t like was that after we finished our FIRST BAG, the waiter didn’t even ask if we wanted round 2. She just placed our bill on the table. We were never offered a refill on drinks or nothing. I didn’t make a big deal about it because I was full, but it’s the principle

It took a very long time just to get water after we were seated. There were only two servers in the restaurant for 7:30 dinner time on a Tuesday night, and one was the manager. This made service slow and spotty. We were excited to see that they had a special for Mother’s Day, 5 lbs. of snow crab for only $80. Unfortunately, the server failed to tell us that this snow crab would only be small pieces and legs and a few cluster pieces, no whole clusters. This was probably all the small scraps they would shove aside and not serve to the customers. When we received it, we were pretty disappointed. We expected whole clusters, just like all the other customers were being served. Some of the crab was even double cooked, making it completely inedible. The corn coblettes, whole new potatoes and whole eggs were all very good. Most all of the crab was pretty good. After complaining to the manager about all of the small pieces we received, she said we should have been warned about it by the server. She did bring over a couple of whole clusters for us to enjoy. That was very nice. Unfortunately, the soft drinks are served in cans, making it impossible to get any refills without paying for another can. I wish they would have a soda fountain so you could get some refills while you’re eating. We asked for crab crackers, but they said they were out of them. We were given home craft scissors and a crab ripper. That made it very difficult to get into some of the pieces. After complaining about that, they did wash a few crab crackers and bring them over. The music was very annoying. It was a plethora of loud auto-tuned low quality rap; it was way too loud and not family friendly at all. Lastly, we both saw our server wiping his nose with his hand, blowing his nose, and never washing his hands in-between serving food – gross! There are far too many other better boiling crab restaurants in Las Vegas for me to return here.

My husband and I traveled to Vegas last week and we decided to try this place. This was so delicious. AYCE is $60 per person including all appetizers. Our server suggested mixing 3/4 favors, garlic butter, lemon pepper and Cajun and it was so tasty. I also got calamari, spicy scallops and some fried. Mariah was our server and she was so nice and sweet. I will be back next time in town for sure. Definitely recommended!!

If you are in dire need of seafood, please keep in mind you are in a desert and having fresh seafood is only a thought. It is not like anything if you were to visit the State of Washington (Salmon and King Crab), Texas (Shrimp), Louisiana (Cat fish, gumbo, and shrimp), or Maine (Lobster). That is where you can get some really good fresh seafood and the people knows how to cook it. Anyhow the family insisted we go so we went. I did have my doubts at first, but I wanted to try this place out. This is what I saw:

Hot n juice is way better than this place, for the price you pay here you can get more in hot n juice, the service is horrible they brought us our food and had to remind the service to bring us condiments so many time, and parts of our order, we order lobster tail had nothing to open it with, totally not worth the price. In top of everything they don’t take Apple Pay, and when payed cash they made a big deal to bring back the change because they didn’t had cash or something like that, it was literally 2 dollars and some change that I had promise my 6 yr old, normally I would’ve had let them keep it but they gave us horrible service and attitude. I think is not ok for them to charge gratuity for the service they gave us. I don’t recommend this place, and sorry to say won’t be coming back.

Going here was a hot mess. It’s not all you can eat if it takes over an hour to get your first app. If you have a lot of people and can’t meet the demand just say buffet not available right now. Service was horrible. They were out of a lot of items. The only thing I can say is the food was good. Would be a good place to just go eat seafood boil.

This was a big disappointment, all the tiktoks I saw I really thought this was a good place, so let me tell you 1. It’s 60 dollars per person all you can eat and if one person at the table wants that then the entire table has to get it no exceptions, 2. They charge 20 dollars if there’s leftovers, 3. They had no lobster tail it was blocked out, 4. The service was terrible somethings we ordered and never got like the corn which on the menu said was included and then turns out it’s not and my mom’s sweet potatoe fries, and last 5. They charge the tip automatically, my party was 8 people and our bill was 657 dollars that included a 100 tip. The waitress came to our table twice, and at the end I had to wave someone over for the bill. I just didn’t have a good experience, mind you I called ahead to let them now 8 people were coming.

Food was not all you can eat. there were so many rules. If you didn’t eat everything such as a mandatory order of French fries they charge each person 20$ more. Slow service even though you only have 90 minutes or they charge you more. Floors so sticky my shoes stuck.

Please stay away for your own good. I went 7/22/23 worst seafood I’ve ever had in my entire life. I was so disgusted by the food that I was shaking, I’m not entirely sure the reason behind me trembling/shaking but I felt as if I had to vomit. I could barely eat the food because it was so bad but they force you to and if you don’t they charge an extra $20 even if you don’t want 2nds, $20 extra after paying $60 for your meal for not eating it is absurd. Its all you can eat but the food is so distasteful you don’t want to eat it. The service was just as bad my waitress would avoid my table at all cost. I would have to flag her down to come over or ask other another waitress help. The visit here put a damper on my visit to Vegas.
