First time eating here. We came here on Fathers Day. The Food was decent. Main complaint is how warm it was. Not sure if the air conditioning wasn’t working or not but very uncomfortable. One of the servers was very friendly but other than that not the friendliest place.

When we walked in, we were warned that the food would be a wait and to Please be patient. There were only six parties in the whole building. There was a bartender/waitress and at least one possibly two others, as well as a busboy. And multiple people in the kitchen.. we sat at the bar for more than 15 minutes before the bartender acknowledged us. Another 10 minutes before she took a drink of water not once through our visit. Did she ask if we needed a refill, water or another drink another 10 minutes before she placed our food order. We played music on the jukebox and two songs in. She turned it off, and we pitched a fit so she turned it up very Low/quiet, while rolling, her eyes and huffing and puffing. The food was good and came out fairly quickly after she placed the order but the service was the worst service I have ever had anywhere. She did not ask us if our food tasted OK she did not even look in our direction until I had another employee track her down for our bill and boxes. I asked the hostess to speak to the manager and she said that our server was the manager… so after signing my bill and leaving no tip because the service was that bad.. I work in the service industry, and I have never not tipped.. I told her that I have never received such horrible service and I can’t believe that she is the manager of this establishment.. she proceeded to make excuses rather than apologize, and did not offer any type of compensation . I would not recommend this restaurant due to the service.

We were there about 615 today. We walked in and were immediately told “were at 25 minute wait”..this from a hostess that could not even bother to stand up and say hi. She was too busy talking to the guy sitting next to her. Now, the 25 minute wait normally would have been no issue, except there was not 1 person in the dining room and only 3-4 tables in the bar area. We sat for a couple minutes and waited and there was not another word said to us. We left and went to another restaurant where customers are valued. We have been there numerous times with 15-20 people, but there was only 2 of us today, and they lost all of us. We wont be back

For a small town like Lisbon, this would be considered up scale for some folks. The food is generally good and portions are as well. The Shale Burger is my go to sandwich. My favorite supper is The smashed red skin potatoes along with the Tavern Beef. The last green beans were more raw then cooked. That is ok for grilled veggies but not for boiled. They have a bar on the other side of the building, not viewed by diners. My last visit was an anniversary party for friends. The staff took great care of all of us, even served the cake we brought. Take your sweetie here for some together time, then walk around historic Lisbon, holding hands.

I stopped by here simply because it was convenient as I was traveling through, and my mom heard it was good. I was pretty cranky as I pulled up, that was quickly changed. You could tell the waitress / bartender was busy by watching, but it didn’t feel like she was busy due to the fantastic service.

Good food, nice and clean, well maintained and decorated restaurant. Admittedly, I didn’t go here for years since it’s in tye same parking lot as the “No-Tell motel” but man, was I missing out. I will stop here regularly.

The bartender/waitress Kenzie is top notch! Her customer service is amazing! We was staying at the Days Inn because of the East Palestine train derailment and the first time we came in she remembered our drinks every visit after. She deserves a raise! The food is great too. Never had anything we didn’t like!
