Low key atmosphere cloth tablecloths so you know it’s fresh and clean when you sit down. Friendly service but the food was the star this Saturday night! A bit of carry out orders going through as well as several tables while we were there. We ordered veggie Samosa, Malia Kofta and Afghan Lobia, all were Vegetarian but there was a sizzling kabob that came to the the next to us that we want to try next time! The Malia Kofta was the best I’ve had in Western NY for some time! Creamy, not oily. I forgot to take pictures before dinner and just took pictures of our cleaned off dishes!

Well, we found our new favorite Indian restaurant, right around the corner from us. Shalimar has a nice, cozy and clean atmosphere with warm service providers. The food is terrific. Our chicken tikka masala and chicken curry were the best I’ve had in a long time. The rice and naan were perfect. We will be back.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at an Shalimar BBQ and Grill and I have to say that it was a truly wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious and so full of flavor! The service was also top-notch, with the wait staff being friendly and attentive. I was especially impressed by the variety of authentic dishes that were available. From classic curries to flavorful biryani, even afghans dishes there was something for everyone. Overall, I highly recommend this Indian restaurant and would definitely come back again!
