Just as everyone has mentioned this place is the absolute worse. I got 2-3 pounds of rice and 3 microwaved pieces of chicken. The bread came in a ziplock bag. The sumac is prepacked and a chuck of onion in plastic wrap. I would never recommend this place just walk next door and go to the Chinese take out place.

It seems that Shamshiry has lost its luster. The kabobs are tender but the rice was a bit dry. It’s no longer worth the value. Did not receive any sauces either – only kabobs under a mountain of rice and lavash bread. Service is lacking

The food here is sooo gross. They give naan in a plastic ziplock bag that tastes years old. None of the rice or the kabobs are fresh just microwaved. The sauces aren’t fresh either.

I had the worst experience with the cashier in this store. I paid the bill and the money came out of my credit card but this cashier was saying it’s not paid. She wanted me to pay again. I showed her the statement that I was charged but she was ignoring that. I talked to her manager and she just won’t listen to her manager also and making more excuses for me not to pick up the food… I’m not happy at all and want a full refund!!!

I work nearby and order frequently, oftentimes some items are missing, they run out of salads, daily specials, before 1pm. It’s a lunch take out spot they open at 12. You shouldn’t be managing a restaurant if you can’t anticipate demand. It’s not like the number of customers fluctuate wildly. Just pull your s together friend. And when you call their main location the say “we don’t care” what a rude organization.

We had a party of 10 and ordered food. We drove from Maryland to Virginia because we heard the food was good. The kabob was burned and dry and overall quality of the food was not good. The portion and quality of the food is not the same as the actual sit down restaurant. Will not be ordering from the Express location.

I will never go back. I was given some much rice that smelled like a strong bad chemical. The chicken was hidden underneath and there was only a couple of pieces. I basically paid for stinky rice. The bread was some generic bread that came prepackaged. I am use to home made stuff. Never again, I was so disappointed and hungry after not eating much of it.

Great food but the customer service has gone drastically down over the years. I just placed an order for pick up and the woman was absolutely rude. Other Kabob places have great food too and the people here must think they have it made if they can give customers an attitude because they dont feel like being at work. Please learn to be more professional.

Menu online is completely different then in-store. Placed an order over the phone and got something way different when I picked up my food. They said the menu online is very old and they don’t offer that anymore. Seriously, tell me that on the phone and not prepare my order according to whatever you want.
