Shane’s Rib Shack has good barbecue with great sides at good prices. The hamburgers are juicy and with a good flavor. Recommend that you order a Peach Cobbler for dessert.

Waited 20+ minutes for curbside pickup, and they did not put the sauce in the bag. The grilled chicken sandwich was dry because it had no sauce. The fries were gross and soggy because they sat in the Styrofoam container with the sandwich that whole time.

I haven’t visited a Shane’s in a while, and this was my first time coming to this location. The service was great. It took a little bit to get the food out. I wasn’t a huge fan of the ribs. My husband also said he remembered the them being better than they were. The tenders and the pulled chicken were okay. My favorite thing from my meal was the side salad and Texas toast. My son really enjoyed his cheeseburger and fries though, so that is a plus. We loved how quiet (and empty) it was for a Friday evening.

I absolutely loved Shanes rib shack, but for some reason today the food was not that great the big daddy sandwiche is my all-time favorite, and there was more fat than meat. I was not very happy, and my macaroni and cheese was cold.

My son and I went by there on the way home from the ER, hoping to get some really good food.. not we’re we wrong. I ordered the Cowboy Burger for my husband minus the BBQ sauce, and I ordered the rib basket with Brunswick Stew and Potato Salad. When I got all the way back home to Walnut Grove, my husband’s burger was a plain cheeseburger literally and like a hockey puck. My ribs were cremated, the stew tasted tainted, and the potato salad had a horrible spoiled taste to it. I’ve never in my life been so disappointed!! I will not be going back to this location again!!

I visited this place today first sign I should’ve turn around was all the flys inside this location, 2nd the food took 20 minutes for a take out. We didn’t look the food over before we drove off but once we got home the ribs were completely burnt. If my husband hadn’t already eaten what he could we/I would’ve made the drive to get my money back. There is no excuse to serve anyone burnt food. I will never go back to the location in Covington, Ga again and I advise anyone else to carefully observe your food before leaving

I order 2 orders of roasted wings and spent over $50 for this. Number one these are not roasted wings. Number 2 these wings are fried until there is no meat left on the bone. If I didn’t live so far I would have taken them back. They should not be selling this. My family could not even eat this for dinner. On top of this I was never informed they were out of peach cobbler. I had to ask if they were out and that’s when I was informed. I was then offered cookies which I said no to because cookies are not the equivalent to cobbler. Stay away from this place. The quality of food is terrible!

Very VERY disappointed with our meal. Our macaroni was cold, as in ice cold. We ordered the loaded fries, there were very little fries and they were so soaked in buffalo sauce that they were soggy and there was a pool of sauce at the bottom. The food was overall bland and the grilled chicken dry. Expect a lot more for $40.
