Good food and atmosphere. You order your food at the front then sit and wait for them to bring your food. Drinks are self serve…my wife says the peach tea is awesome yet very sweet. Pulled pork is excellent. Baby back ribs were very good. Sides are good too. Baked beans are alright but i have a different bean preference.

Man don’t work a10/12hour shift and think about home with something good . Sounds good but man they need to quit. Old limp lumped up okra ,but 3 day old small bones.I know that they should be good but they need to quit. Be the judge for yourself. I did not want to get in to it. Shame on you Shane

The full rack of ribs too over cooked, really took effort to get into. Use to meat “falling of the bone”, not here at all.. The shaniac instead was GREAT way better then the ribs. Service was alright nothing special.

Ive eaten at this location a few times and the service is always great! Today i went in just for the peach cobbler to have after my dinner at home. So it was just dessert on this trip. The peach cobbler again was awesome. It was warm not hot but nothing a little pop and the microwave couldnt handle. And the ladies at the front cashier desk was just a pleasure to deal with.❤️❤️ ill be back soon!

I’m used to coming to Shane’s for their jumbo wings, but this is pathetic. First my order was wrong after I specifically asked if they had the Big Mom Chicken Sandwich. I was told yes… I was given a barbecue chicken sandwich instead. Then I was told that they didn’t have the Big Mom sandwich after I specifically asked before I ordered. So I decided on wings, which I normally get with my Big Mom sandwich…. Then I was presented with these skimpy wings. I understand that misunderstandings may happen, but this is rediculous. I even gave the cashier a $5 tip because of his friendly and personable customer service. After not being satisfied with my order and the inconvenience, I regret giving up my extra $. Never again Shane’s!

The food was good. I ended up waiting 40 minutes past the time my online order should have been ready for pickup. There was some confusion in between; But life is too short to waste on anger. Be blessed and enjoy it!

Placed an order for delivery. Delivery service was good however the food was horrible. Chicken tenders were burned. Fries were not crispy like ordered. Did not send the extra sauces I paid for and I ordered peach sweet tea they sent unsweetened teas.
