I placed a to go order, watched 10 other people walk in and out in front of me and I waited patiently for 40 minutes. I get home and the okra is burnt. The sweet potato fries are soggy (but that may be normal for to go). The people behind the counter acted as if my food was coming very soon and that I was being impatient when I asked politely after 30 minutes the status of my food. They did not answer me if my order was forgotten. Very disappointed with the service and the food quality especially considering how long I waited.

I’m giving this a 4 because I enjoy their grilled wings with lemon pepper seasoning along with their sweet potato fries. Though my last visit to this location I failed to say grilled an the girl behind thw counter didn’t ask how we wanted our wings so we ended up with fried. Didn’t complain because we were equally responsible for the order not being what we intended.

I love bbq and I really like Shane’s, But my experience today wasn’t great. Me and my family waited 30 minutes and our food still wasn’t ready. Place was empty too. I asked how much longer the worker went and checked and I’m guessing they forgot a dine In order on top of all the pick up orders. I asked for my money back and 2 female workers had attitude about it (not directly towards me but still).

The food was terrible, service was worse, and the staff was unprofessional. There were four of us and at 2 in the afternoon on a Saturday, there were only 3 other people in there. That should have been my sign to leave. We waited about 45 minutes to get our food. The food was sub-par.

Very bad experience. I asked for boneless wings and they gave me nuggets. The food was dry. The coke was watered down. I asked for Lemmon pepper wings and they gave me plain. The service was horrible. More like a appetizer. This place seems like a fast food restaurant.

If you want quick & good bbq Shane has it. The fried okra was better than ever. I needed a quick fix for some folks that dropped by during my mealtime and I just made a bigger salad to go with my bbq it was right on. I wished I knew they were coming I’d pull out my grill and take the credit for the bbq. DELICIOUS
