Everything there was fine and service was good. I walked in and I saw a man who was supposedly corporate and I asked what his name was and they said Chris. I saw him trying to fire people I saw a young man, I saw that he was doing his job perfectly fine and the corporate was being so rude to him and also to his other co-workers. He shouldn’t be corporate, so rude and disrespectful.

I HIGHLY recommend this Shane’s rib shack…I brought my 19 month old son to get dinner tonight and the service was fantastic…the lady at the register was very polite and the manager Emma was super polite kind and courteous to me, complimented on my baby boy and also asked to have my dinner carried to my car due to the fact I was carrying my son…and had a lot of food. THANK YOU Emma, Ill definitely be back for more Shane’s Rib Shack!

Young lady up front was clueless. Picking at her ear ring in her nose. Playing with her hair scratching her head. No bake beans. Peach cobbler was missing in order. Order took almost 45 minutes. Disappointing. I have eaten here many times. Probably will not be back.
