Waited several minutes for employee to come to counter to take our order. The employee was in the dining room sitting down at a table eating. Several employees in the kitchen but no one covered her? Ordered gluten free pulled pork salad to go with two other menu items. Was told the pork was in the bag with sauce. Asked for another sauce. Employee seemed unhappy but put one in for me. Glad I did because there were two dressings, no sauce in the bag. The $10 salad was mediocre at best. Lettuce was limp, maybe 1/2 teaspoon of shredded cheese, a few cucumbers and tomatoes. The very small container of pulled pork was only half full and very cold! I understand that the economy is tough. Staffing is difficult. But to increase prices AND cut portions that much while also not properly staffing…makes me not want to return. We used to love Shane’s. Not so much anymore.

Real shame. I been coming here for some time. And food was not bad. Ordered burger today. After about 10-15 min later received my food. Only thing was fresh is fries. Burger was disgusting. Cold smashed. Meat cold dry. Only thing fresh on that burger was onion. Really disappointed.

I had a party a week ago and ordered catering from Shane’s Rib shack in Holly Springs. They were awesome. They arrived on time to set up the food. We ordered enough for about 50 people. The ribs, and pulled pork were delicious. Several people commented about the food and asked were we ordered from. I would order again for an event!!!! Thank you

Gone here a few times. The chicken is usually dry, and the ribs were not hot the last time I got them. The baked beans are decent. The peach cobbler is pretty good though.

This is the first Shane’s I’ve been to that the food was not good and the portions were sad. We both ordered the finger basket mine were fried and my wife’s were grilled. I wish I would have taken a picture. Any way two fingers that were very small Bush’s baked beans some fries and a drink for 9 dollars. Won’t be back. The Shane’s in elijay and Columbus and Newnan and every where else yes this place in Canton nope. When I say the fingers were small that is an understatement. I think they were from Sam’s freezer department. Very disappointed .

My family loves Shane’s Rib Shack. It’s just unfortunate that this store is below average. We waited 35 minutes to be served cold fires, bbq and boneless wings. They also barely put any meat on the shack fries. When I told an employee about my problems and showed her my food she took my plate and went back into the kitchen to bring me the same plate with more cold BBQ. She then offered to take my daughters food if I wanted her to. Off putting to say the least. I told her not to worry about it. Both of my issues are serious health code violations so hopefully management fixes those before they get a terrible health score.

Cashier not friendly. She acted like I was bothering her. In the middle of my order, she stopped to repeat my order because she assumed I was done ordering. I was never asked, “What else can I get for you.”. Clearly, she doesn’t understand that sales fund her paycheck. Upsell upsell upsell! Basic customer service!

So disappointing!!!! Today is the second time that I ordered through Uber Eats and Shane’s got my order wrong both times. First time I ordered a half chicken and got ribs. Tonight, even though I clearly put “no bread” on my order it was there. I can’t eat food that has touched bread since I have Celiac Disease. As much as I enjoy the food when it’s right I don’t think I’ll go there again if I can’t get what I order.
