I used to not care for Shane’s too much but I tried it a week ago for the first time in a long time and I really liked it. I’ll be back I really like a lot of sauce and choice of sauces. The first time I went in there you had to ask for your sauce. It come in a little cup now. They have it all out on the counter and dispensers. You can get as much as you want and that really helps me because I like to mix my sauces. It just made a better experience for me. That might be why I liked it. But either way I’ll be coming more often now

Today I went in to have lunch with my daughter and I would just like to say how impressed I was with the cleanliness of the store. It was close to spotless! And the sweet lady at the counter Brittany and The Manger I believe she said his name was Kendal had the best customer service!!! I would like to say to these 2 thank you for taking pride in your job and being so kind to the customers!

We have always loved Shane’s. This location is always clean and relaxing to go enjoy a sit-down meal. The staff is always friendly and willing to go above and beyond. The pandemic ruined a lot of the joy in going out to eat and because of short staff and no smiles or excitement of employees. Shane’s was not as busy today and very quiet inside, but still enjoyable. I have heard the prices are a little steep at all Shane’s for what you get, but it’s great when you want it!

This visit was absolutely unacceptable. I ordered food through DoorDash got the order and it was wrong. Tried calling and couldn’t get in touch with anyone so I had to drive down to them defeating the purpose of DoorDash. Got there they asked me what the order was found it in their system checked with me again and went to make it. Shame on me for not checking again because yet again it was wrong. Biggest lesson learned was check your food always here.

We used to love this place but the food is nothing like it used to be. I got a sampler and the bbq pork was cold, and the ribs had not meat on them. We don’t think we will be returning. Especially with how much the prices have gone up and the quality has gone down.
