I typically do not have a good experience with shanes, the food is mediocre and over priced. However this last time I ordered a to go order. Smoked wings, and my husband picked it up. These wings don’t look or taste smoked or even look like the wings pictured on the website, the beans and potato salad was ok, but I didnt eat it all. Wouldn’t recommend here if you want BBQ food.

The service and food were good, but I didn’t like the sauce, too sweet for my taste. I wish they had told me that they had a variety of sauces and let me select one. I didn’t know that they had a North Carolina sauce (my favorite) until after they had already given me my takeout order. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although, I shouldn’t have had to ask for napkins when I ordered a BBQ sandwich.

Not impressed this time around, only our second visit. Waited over 30 minutes for our food. Tea is syrup sweet to the point of sickening, when we let one of the staff know about the tea we were told it was policy to make it that sweet and everyone just mixed the unsweetened with the sweet to balance it out….

I ordered for pickup and picked up my food and the lady didn’t check my food like they always do to make sure everything was in there and I came home and my food came with no dipping sauces in any of my plates and they forgot the mac and cheese on one of my orders and gave me an extra burnt toast instead when I walked in there there was but one family there almost empty and you guys couldn’t get my order right? Very upsetting.

Great atmosphere, great food! They have burgers, BBQ, ribs, chicken, wings, salads, something for everyone! And the prices aren’t bad either! It’s a nice place to go with family and for a date. Definitely will be making a another return trip.

Good place to get BBQ. I don’t like the fact that they request a tip when they take your order not after you have dined. A couple of times they have messed up my order but you don’t know that until after you have tipped them for service.

I paid for two sets of 20 wings and a children’s 3 piece chicken strip there was hair in the coleslaw and hair wrapped around two of my wings so when I picked up one the other one followed with it then I asked one of the associates to trade out my 2 wings and it was a drum and a flat and the flat had a bone that was cut odd she picks him up with a paper towel goes into the kitchen then comes right back out with the same two wings like I wouldn’t notice so they’re going to skip out on switching out two wings what else are they skipping out on and then you pay $20 for 20 wings and they come out looking like they cooked a parrot the wings are so small overcooked almost to a crunchy point I got a refund thank God but when I told the upper manager about what happened she said something smells fishy like I’m lying to her about her gross food all around terrible experience save your money for somewhere that will appreciate your business
