When I walked into Shane’s, I showed the person behind the counter (I wish I would have gotten her name. She was kind, friendly, and courteous) a picture that was posted on one of their reviews. The item was a shaniac sandwich and is no longer on the menu. She kindly told me it will take a few minutes but will gladly make it and have a seat. She brought the sandwich out in one hand, and in the other hand, she brought the recommended bbq sauce (mustard). The sandwich and service was AWESOME.

I changed our food for carry in to to go. This place use to be so clean but the bathrooms are so disgusting. The dining room is dirty. The windows and tables are soo nasty and the tables are in bad shape. The girl who took our order was slamming stuff around to make tea and threw our cups on the counter. Flies are everywhere! Honestly I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like if they think the dining room is clean… won’t be back.

Arrived 30 minutes before closing. We waited over 30 minutes for our food and then it was brought to us in to go boxes (we told them dine in). We opened it all up and it was cold!!! When I went up to speak with the manager, a young girl informed me she was the manager on duty. After I told her my issue, she told me that she couldn’t issue any more refunds and the only satisfactory solution she could offer was to remake all the food. I’ve had bad experiences here before but this was by far the worst. And on the flip side, when I walked up to the counter the manger was dealing with another lady who was upset because they BURNT her fries!! That’s the last time I go back to this Shane’s!

Had a great dinner tonight! Got the bbq loaded fries and the cowboy burger. Everything was soo good! Employees were very nice and patient. They stayed busy cleaning up, clearing plates, and checking on customers. Megan was running a tight ship and we will definitely be back! Oh and don’t skip on the dessert! Brownies and cobbler were delicious

Food is good. Staff is nice, but expect to wait 30-40 min on a burger. Was told 10-12. It’s possible they grind the hamburger fresh but either way, don’t believe the wait times. Definitely call it in if you don’t want to wait around for 45min for a burger.

Great visit. Meghan at the front was very pleasant to deal with. She knew all of the questions my friends and I had pertaining to the menu, greeted us with a smile, and she went the extra mile to ensure our needs were met. This should be a commonality in all business but an exceptional one here!

Love the decor, best Mac and cheese ever from a fast food joint. More bread than meat on the sandwich. I enjoy the sauces that they have on the table. Forgot to get the dessert maybe next time. Service was good
