I was very impressed by the quality of service and food. I used doordash pick up option and ordered ribs, Brunswick stew, macaroni &cheese, potato salad and peach cobbler. When I arrived to pick up the food everything was nice and sealed and ready to go. I’ve always been a fan of Shane’s rib shack and will forever praise their good quality food! The ribs were a little fatty and the mac and cheese could be better. The peach cobbler is the truth!

My Uber delivery was really late. I was able to call the store and was told that the driver has not picked up my order. She also told me if in the next 10 mins it’s not picked up I will give you a call. She then called me about 6 mins later just to let me know someone has picked it up! She didn’t have to update me, but she took the time to do so! That was awesome customer service!

I haven’t been here for a while, but I decided to give them another go for the $5 21st anniversary deal. The big daddy sandwich was okay at best. it seemed to be missing the bbq flavor, and the bbq sauce was watery. The peach cobbler was the highlight of my meal. I would highly recommend the peach cobbler.

I’ve only gotten food To-Go from here but I love the look & feel of the restaurant. It’s always very neat & clean. Easy to get in & out of. Fast service. Great food. Prices are reasonable. Grilled chicken salad $6.99 Cheeseburger $5.99. As cheap as the fast food heart attack in a sack joints but this is real food. It’s nice to have some better choices on the southside other than the typical drive thru places.

This does not look a lot like the menu picture IMO and I thought I read it was Colby jack cheese perhaps I am wrong however had I known this was just fries with nacho cheese and meat dumped on top I wouldn’t have ordered it.. I didn’t get a fork & I requested bbq sauce on the side but didn’t get that initially either. Disappointed to say the least
