Placed to go order and paid at 7:03pm per receipt. Finally got food at 7:33pm, went to car to pass it out and no cutlery was provided, sauce not given, and sides were wrong! Once sides were corrected of course chicken was luke warm. Taste was good though. Just can’t see doing this again.

The place was clean and the staff friendly. The ribs were burned and dried out on the ends. The chicken tenders were dried and hard, sauce was a must to use. The cowboy burger was good from what the hubby told me. We wait for about 20 minutes for take-out.

I ordered tonight the 3 piece chicken fingers and fries. When I got my order I opened up the box and my 3 chicken tenders were about 3 or 4 inches long. What has happened to the tenders. Please bring back some decent tenders with good portions. Food was excellent. This message is for corporate or the owner. Staff was excellent. I have pictures. I put there pepper shaker and one of there hand wipes close to the chicken finger for scale comparison. Love coming here and eating about once a week.

They are a little slow at getting the food to you – slower than what I’d wait for again. The Shane’s in Macon off of Bass rd was quicker! Food is good though…. I wouldn’t wait this long again though.

I really like the big daddy with mac and cheese! If you like cheesy mac and cheese you’ll be a fan. I recommend the Carolina style barbecue sauce! Prices have gone up from what they used to be, like everyone else, but it’s still a pretty good deal getting the meal.

They must have had a staff shortage as I noticed people waiting when we walked in and still waiting after we had been sitting for a bit. But the pulled pork plate was generous and worth the wait. Cole slaw was more like carrot salad. Seriously it was orange when in the cover container.

My first time trying Shane’s and I’m glad I did. The young lady @ the counter taking my order was super friendly and helpful when I mentioned I was not familiar with their menu.I got take-out and was very pleased. I got 2 combo meals, each with the chopped smoked chicken and two different sides b/c I wanted to sample both as everyone fixes coleslaw & potato salad differently. I loved both the sides- both different from anywhere I’ve eaten. They were not skimpy on the chicken in the sandwich either! Great place & will remember b/c it’s the same food as other places, but with their own spin on taste. GREAT
