This was our first time at a Shane’s rib shack and overall it was excellent. The decor was functional and BBQ themes and the menu was straightforward and easy to read. This particular one is in an excellent location in a cozy outdoor shopping center. We both ordered burgers, one All-American and one Cowboy with fries and drink. The burger was large and well dressed with a more homemade taste than what’s typical at a chain. Fries were standard and drinks were coke products and tea. Overall tasty food and good prices, will definitely be back soon.

This is my new favorite BBQ place in the Chattanooga area. I ordered the half chicken, tender and delicious, with potato salad and baked beans. The potato salad is a southern style Mayo mix is based. The baked beans were great, the right amount of thick, if you know what I mean. my husband had the pulled pork plate. The high quality of the pork stood out. The sauces are great. I recommend spicy. It’s not very hot but gives a nice kick. The prices are fair. Not only will we return, but we absolutely can not wait to try it again!

The chicken was tender and cooked perfectly but they could season it up a little more. I didnt care for the coleslaw and the mac and cheese just needed salt and pepper but was good overall. Delivery service was fast and the food was hot and fresh. Try them because overall it was a very nice dinner.

I cannot speak highly enough of this amazing Shane’s location..We are treated with such kindness by the super friendly staff always.. One incentive for visiting is the amazing peach cobbler!! We ate here for lunch and we loved it. The food was so good! We got pulled pork, a half slab of ribs and grilled chicken. I loved the fact that their food was not greasy like a lot of barbecue places are. I also liked that the food had great flavor without the sauces they have. The sauces just gave it even more flavor. I got okra and macaroni and cheese. They were both good. I loved that the okra wasn’t over breaded like a lot of other places are. My friend got the same thing but also got potato salad. It was delicious. The speed of service was great even though there were people besides us in there. They had a large carry out order and still kept things moving. The restaurant was very clean and well stocked. I was very impressed. The pricing is Very reasonable. The only drawback was the staff seemed to be more talking amongst themselves than with customers. On the way out, I saw a family that had sandwich plates that made me want to go back The bathroom was clean and stocked too. Great place. Will definitely be back and I’m definitely recommend them.

Eat at Shanes all the time but today the service was terrible. Called an order in the gentleman wanted to argue over what I wanted and the back ground noise was so bad I could not hear him. No one at the register when I went in. Had to wait and wait. Got home and the order was wrong. Good grief. Service has really gone down hill.
