I paid 15.00 for a combination plate that was not worth the money. The food is ok but I have had better portions and food for the same price. There was no meat in my rice which any were else you can get pork or chicken. The rice taste like it came out of a box. I wish I would have saved my money.

This place is awesome. She has my number keyed in with my name and what I usually order. I honestly don’t even really know the name of what I usually get because she usually has it on lock for me. I would highly suggest getting the steamed pork dumplings, they’re huge, great portion for the price. I saw someone comment that the lady at the register/behind the phone is rude, but she’s really just blunt. She’s not playing any games taking your order. No small talk none of that, she is authentic if you ask me. Great place, great food, awesome people. Please don’t be fooled by the negative reviews

I ain’t even ate no food yet and this is already upsetting to me. And as previously stated for this much money we could at least get a fortune cookie. Obviously telling me a lot about the workers. They are just there for the money. No forks, condiments or anything. The absolute worst place I have ever eaten. Any other restaurant gives you chicken fried rice in the least. This place only give fried rice.

Not impressed with food. Condiments por quality. My egg roll was greasy ad bad. Sesame chicke was ok.Fried rice was very good. No fortune cookie with meal. Order person hollers loudly when your order is ready. I ate there so this was unpleasant. Portions were huge, enough for two!

Shanghai Bistro is primarily a takeout restaurant with limited seating. We ate inside. I ordered the MooShu Pork. The pork dish was good but the wraps were moldy. The owner server was very apologetic and gave me some fresher wraps. My wife and daughter shared broccoli chicken. They did not like their food. The restaurant would not serve tap water so got bottled water that was priced per bottle higher than a case of water at Costco. Overall, our experience at Shanghai Bistro was not good and we will not go back.

Spoke with a person over the phone to order. Take note I just moved here and just felt like having some Chinese. The lady I spoke with was so rude to me. She belittled me and questioned me over and over again. Then proceeded to tell me she wasn’t willing to explain the menu unless I had one with me. When I repeated my order she said I know what ur saying but I need you to understand that when u come to get your order u have to be happy with it because u don’t know what ur getting. I was like excuse me what? She was charging me $30 for general sos and rice …. THIRTY DOLLARS?! not to mention she was so rude. Continuously cut me off. Answered another call while having me still on the line and was still speaking. WORST SERVICE EVER. Not to mention the fact that they are being racist!!! Reading the reviews I’m glad I hung up and didn’t get anything from those people!!! Absolutely disgusting.

Racist against people of color. On my friend’s receipt they put their name as n*gg*r. The lady who works the front is very rude and gets annoyed when you ask questions about the menu. Food was definitely not worth the price.
