This restaurant has been consistently providing good food and service this year. It’s next to the place where big city Christmas tree is displayed in the winter. Very easy to find. Eating space is limited. Very good for take out to share food with family and friends and at party gatherings. My kids love the fried rice and deep fried chicken.

Food was delicious. It was freshly cooked and hot when I picked up. The staff/owner was friendly to chat with. This place is mostly for take out, but I saw a few tables for dine in. This gem is located nicely in downtown of Collinsville in Oklahoma with many cool small shops.

The food was really good and fresh cooked to order. My sister, brother, Dad, both nieces and a fiance, all met up there from Tulsa and Oolagah. Some family members have eaten there in the past and wanted all of us to have our special dinner at Shanghai Express. They were pretty busy on a wed so that’s a good sign that they have a lot of regulars. Professional yet down home friendly. The owner was so kind to come out and thank us for our business and she remembered my sister from way back. Excellent from start to finish and a 5 star review all day!

Place has gone down hill. The food is really good, but the last four times we’ve ordered, we’ve ended up sitting there forever (well over the quoted time) for our food. Tonight, we were quoted 40 minutes for our order. Showed up after 35, and there were still 7 orders ahead of ours to be made. Waiting room was full, and we didn’t have time to wait for over an hour, so we canceled. It’s unfortunate because this used to be my favorite Chinese food in the Owasso area. Hope they get it together and get more staff before they lose all their business and have to close

We’ve been working in Collinsville off and on for the last 6 months and they apparently just like to open whenever they want? It seems to change daily even though they have 11:30 posted. Got here today at noon and just closed. The food was good the one time we were able to eat lunch but it’s so inconsistent.

Don’t eat here! We ordered orange chicken and sesame chicken and it tasted like freezer burn. She didn’t even offer me a refund after I asked her for one. She told me I would have to get something else on the menu, no thank you!!!

Food is great, owners are good folks. Happy Family definitely makes my “family happy!” You whiners who complain about the wait just need to adjust…order ahead if you are in a huge hurry…it will be ready when you get there. For my book, the food is worth the wait.
