Take-out/delivery only! I’ve only done pickup but the people are friendly. Your typical American-Chinese food, tasty and fresh. Nothing fancy but great portions for the price, even at dinner, and consistent good quality! I wish the dinner special would have had a little more broccoli but it’s still a lot of food so a good deal.

Surprisingly really good! We ordered an hour before closing so our expectations weren’t high we were just hungry but they definitely exceeded them! The food was hot and delicious and amazing for the price! I haven’t had Chinese take out like this in a while especially on the south side. Definitely will be returning!

Eh, not very good. I wasn’t impressed at all with the food I ordered and will probably not give it a second try. The sweet and sour shrimp batter was very dry and dense, almost like a corn dog consistency which was over fried and only made it worse. The fried rice had no flavor…at all. It tasted old and was dry and chewy at the same time. The watery sweet and sour sauce couldn’t even help the dish. The crab rangoon was stale and had more of a sweet cream cheese flavor than anything. The only thing that was decent was the egg drop soup but that is not enough to make me want to order from here again. It’s a no for me. I do not recommend.

Ordered through Door Dash because you still can’t eat inside. House Special Fried Rice tasted like they reused the oil all day… it tasted so burnt. 4 bites into it and my stomach immediately started to hurt. HORRIBLE!!! I usually put leftovers outside for the cats that roam the streets but I don’t wanna mess them up with that. I will not be ordering again ever.

Ordered general tso, lemon chicken, crab rangoon, and house rice. While all the food was warm, there was an “off” taste to all of it. Rice had no flavor at all tasted like mop water and the meat had a weird smell to it. This was our first and last time eating here.. the whole place looks abandoned so I guess our fault for still eating here.

Food is always fresh and very tasty. Soups are so good! They have a great delivery service. I am updating my review because now ShangriLa is only take out and pickup, no more dine in. Food is even better now, especially the egg rolls. I suggest the fried fish lunch plate and the Hong Kong soup for later. Delivery is good but we picked it up to get out of the casa. Lunch special prices will save you $$, but please try the specialties, you won’t be disappointed.

Huge chunks of onion, we ordered no onion. I ordered white sauce and white steamed rice, I got brown sauce on regular fried rice, I asked no egg! It had egg! 3rd time my order has been wrong! I didn’t go back bc I live 25minutes away. I’m finding a better place!
