It has been years since I been at Shannon’s, I ordered a dinner plate to go, I ask for cranberry sauce and they gave me cranberry sauce the size of a marble, and I ask the guy that was serving me, do I get two sidings, he raise his voice and said Oh NO!! Like I curse or something, very rude! They say support support black own businesses, but how can you when they give you very little in your plate and they are rude, I said I would never go back again! The food is good, but they are too stingy, but that was some years ago

This was my first time in Bryan Texas and this Cafe made it worth the trip. The food was amazing I had the chicken fried steak breakfast and it was the best chicken fried steak I’ve ever had it was amazingly seasoned. I got to meet the owner and he was nice he showed me a little bit about the history of his place. I will definitely come again.

Everybody was kind and held a good conversation to this stranger new in town. Their eggs over-easy were like grandma’s and pancakes were the butteriest. Chicken fried steak was worthy of a hungry out-of-town mechanic. I’m glad I’m needing to return to Bryan TX not just for work but for Ms Shannon’s talent. See y’all soon! The H-Town Man

This has always been my mother’s favorite eating spot& i love the fact that they remember her and how she likes her food to be fixed. They remember her by name and if i ever pick up food for her from here, They always know exactly what she wants& how she wants it. Nice portions, nice prices, always clean& quite cozy
