The “cinnamon roll french toast” was more like cinnamon sugar week old open play dough and looked like an overcooked pork chop. The pb and j pancakes had a weird sweetness to the pancakes on top of being dry. The scrambled eggs were already returning to powder. The two sodas on the menu were both out. It took 15 min to get a drink, well after the roughly called food arrived. The server was very nice but also clearly overwhelmed as she was the only one at 7 on a Friday.

This is the worst service I’ve ever had in my entire life. This is my local Sheri’s and i come here very often, but i don’t think I will be coming back. The sever served our water when we got our food. Both the people i was with drank there water within a few minutes and it was never refilled. In fact I had a hair in my food, which didn’t bother me too much cause the food was really good. But the server completely disappeared into the back for 30 minutes until a group of people walked in. By that time we had finished our food 15 minutes prior and had been waiting to ask for our check and some pie. She didn’t ask us anything about the food or the water she just put the checks on the table and was about to walk away. I had to say excuse me we actually wanted some pie. Unfortunately the pie was very old and honestly disgusting, which I’m glad she forgot to add it to our tab. Speaking of which she charged my item for the wrong meal which cost almost twice then what i was supposed to pay. While also added $1 for French toast. The table next to us had been waiting for a bill since we sat down ( like an hour ago). And when they were waiting to pay she just went into the back for some time again so they just left. I don’t blame them they some how had even worse service then we did. Im usually pretty chill with service staff cause I get it. But this was just not even trying.

The waitress ruined my breakfast! She just glared at me like I was an annoyance? It’s Wed morning and I asked for fruit instead of hash brownns. Fruits had slimy film on it and should have never been served?. When I tried to wave the waitress down she didn’t come until she helped three other customers? Then she said I won’t charge you for them? I reminded her they were in place of the hashbrowns which I took to go. I am a traveler and Mexican-American and I couldn’t help thinking that she had a prejudice against me? Just an insecure little white lady. My cooked breakfast and the coffee was actually good and she just ruined my meal. I noticed service is an issue at this location and the manager should just fire her!

Place was dirty, bathrooms smelled of strong urine because urinal is broke and there is a thick black mark from front door to toilet where they haven’t cleaned bathrooms in ages. Server on day shift said it wasn’t her job. The poor guy working nights shouldn’t have had to do so much by himself. He was the best server in the store though so I do t know why they let him go. Food is bland, undercooked chicken. They generally need to shut that store down. It seems on its last leg anyway.

No chocolate peanut butter pie. No cheese sticks. Can’t buy food without its sides. The new menu is horrible. Under staffed so service was not great. The ham and cheese sandwich tasted horrible. Gave us 12 French fries (skimpy portion). The only thing that was okay was the milkshake.

The reason I gave 3 stars is because I guess they can’t hire staff now, there was only one waiter somewhere, we sat down for almost 5-7 minutes before they offered us water, so I guess they are really busy, but the food was still delicious

customer service was good considering time we arrived but my pancakes were burnt, and other food was less than mediocre. my wife has French toast which looked oksy but the hashbrowns are never cooked thoroughly.

Stopped in there to get a patty melt couldn’t find a waitress at all it wasnt till i seated myself. She brought me my napkin and utensils to the dirty crumb filled table i cleaned myself with my only napkin then she let me sit there for 23 minutes. I know this because i ues a timer for my lunch break. I couldn’t find her to order so i went around the corner and she’s was hiding texting on her phone. There was only one other customer in the entire building mind you. Now I’m heading back to work hungry because I chose Shair’s for lunch she didn’t even apologize as she watched me leave. Very poor service indeed avoid for lunch or by self
