This place was Horrible. The waitress was the worst I have ever seen. No Tip for sure plus it was not very clean and it was 9am. Most be why it was so empty, needs new management and or staff. Get it together shari’s restaurant I would give you way less than 1 star if I could.

The food wasn’t bad but it was pretty bland, the service was poor and that’s probably being generous. Every person in our party got their food at a different time So by the time the last person got their food, I had already finished eating. We never got our drinks refilled, had to ask for forks, just overall a disappointing experience. The one highlight was the blueberry lemon pie. I would recommend going to McDonald’s before stopping here because at least you know before hand you are going to have a crappy experience so you can’t be disappointed.

I visited the Hood River Shari’s this evening for pie. With me were my mother-in-law and wife. We were seated and weren’t offered anything, then waited 10 minutes to be waited on. It took another 5 minutes to get our order of three pieces of pie and a cup of coffee. I was not given a carafe of coffee and during my stay was not offered a refill.

My fiancée and I come hear quit often sometimes we have a great experience and others not so good getting. A Togo order is not advised. Wait staff is pretty friendly and helpful the cook could be better a lot better. 80% of the time the cook will get your order correct the rest of the time its not what you ordered. The restaurant can definitely use a remodel and a deep clean. A different play list the current one is kinda dull and not relaxing.

Well.. I just waited 45 min to get my food on a to go order that was done before I got there. Heading home to see if it’s still edible.?. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!! WTH!! -UPDATE – after I got home realized that only half my order was there.They got a phone call. They quickly replaced the food that was missing and gross. And they compensated me for the food and drive graciously. & I Went Home W/a PIE .

I loved going there for breakfast but for the past two times I went for dinner and service was horrible. I waited there for 30 min with no one ever saying they would seat us shortly or anything. When we got seated and ordered the food looked and tasted old. Then the second time we went at 10pm they said all their grills were off. I asked what time they closed and the waitress said 11. One hour before 11 all grills off unbelievable. They really need to update hours and train the people that work there to be more professional!

The service here is timely and polite, it’s never that crowded, and they do barbecue burgers really well. I’m pretty happy with them. Grab a slice of pie to go, too – you’re unlikely to have enough room for it after your meal, so you might as well bring it home with you for later.

It’s usually good food. It is a Shari’s after all but their service is very slow. It usually takes on average about 18-23 mins to get your food and an average of 7-11 mins just to take your order. It’s not terrible, but what else do you expect for a chain restaurant in Oregon. They are usually on the slower side of the spectrum.

We had a $75.00 dinner with coffees tablevof four. Every order was cold and was wrong. Three times the waitress came back to our table because they were out of Milk then it was the milkshakes machine was down then it was there was no chips for the nachos causing everyones meal A re order and to arrive at different times! I took my family there to celebrate a semi reunion i havent seen in 30 years it was awful and the food was cold and had to keep asking reminding the waitress for things. I have never had such problems at Shari’s. Went back the next morning for breakfast thinking it was a bad shiftbor etc spent another $65.00 and the service was just as awful. Wrong food sloppy waiteress it was embarrassing. NEVER AGAIN ALMOST $200.00 wasted!!!!

Absolutely the worst service! I can give people the benefit of the doubt with short staff and all. But a cook who touches his/her face, then touches said food and then eats off the food ready to be served is straight up nasty . And for appetizers or shakes is all you order be ready to wait for 20 or more minutes when it is not busy. Never coming back to this shari’s again. Worst staff and food ever. Don’t bother pulling in to stop and eat.
