Food didn’t taste good as well as drinks. We got milkshakes and the only thing you could taste was the paper straws which had an awful taste. I normally love Shari’s and have never had a bad experience until now.. and the silverware was very dirty. Nicole the waitress was nice tho.

I’ve been satisfied with Shari’s when I go to the actual restaurant but it seems like they don’t care about their online orders or their Doordash orders. The food was just slapped into the to go containers, the scrambled eggs were greasy and the bacon was undercooked. I also ordered two sides of French fries at $4.95 each and received two of the smallest to go containers filled about 1/4 of the way with soggy, unseasoned fries. I wasn’t expecting a lot from Shari’s and they still let me down

Nice wait staff. Very attentive. My top sirloin was a little disappointing. Ordered it Medium and felt like I received it MR. The taste was good, but the cut seemed like chopped steak vs top sirloin. Maybe Texas Roadhouse has me spoiled.

We were passing through and the service hardly showed up, the food was cold and our waitress was off. We should have known that it was not the greatest place to eat because the lot was empty and no one was inside. The carpet was gross and smelled of old cigarettes.

The service is super slow. I’m a doordasher, and this morning they had 1 6top table come in which delayed my doordash about 25 minutes. I showed up at 8:05, The pickup time was 8:11 and I left with food in hand at 8:35. That’s sad. Pay your employees enough and people will work for you. The 1 guy in there couldn’t even as much as say “it’ll be just a moment and I’ll be right with you” to anyone that walked in. You’re a HUGE franchise, yet always understaffed. Doesn’t look good for the name

Had the duo with tomato basil soup (my favorite ) and grilled cheese–at least that’s what it was supposed to be. Was MAYBE a half slice of thin white cheese and then the outside had a little parmesan crust. Service was really good, though.

While our waitress was nice, our experience was not. There were two waitresses, and three sets of people dining including us. We waited 30 minutes before we received drinks. It was over an hour before we got our food. All of our drinks were empty by that time and no waitress in sight. When she started bringing food, she served five of the seven people and then left. After another ten minutes the other two meals finally showed up. We finally left the table to ask for drinks again. She brought a pitcher of lemonade and one of tea… no water… and our drinks were supposed to be the flavored versions. And she carried my glass with her finger inside. One meal was burnt, and my “piled-high prime rib dip” was super dry and had barely any meat. (*see pic) Again, I don’t think the waitress was malicious, but she did a poor job and the food was worse. I’m very sad, because we used to really enjoy our time at Shari’s.
