It was the worst fried fish I have ever had!! The fish was old and looked as if it was on a very bad diet!! I ordered for a 5:30 pick up and hour earlier. I arrived at 5:40 and it wasn’t ready!! I didn’t appreciate standing around in that very bad neighborhood I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN, Lord willing!!!

After waiting for two hours for the food to be delivered. This place cancelled my order. Customer service is hard to find among places like this. Some of the reviews on this place are awful. If you can’t do business the right way and with a smile then you should be allowed to make a profit on horrible service. I am outraged to say the least. I will never order from them again.

Wings were good and done this time even though I informed them they were chewy the last time (no disrespect intended) I’ve ordered times before .. Although he gave me attitude he made sure they were thoroughly cooked but he made sure they piled my fried Samon Po’ boy to the max with lettuce and gave me the smallest portion of Samon he could on my sandwich . I guess that’s fine but can’t say i will ever order here again ..

Ordered fried seafood platter. Everything except french fries was over-fried and hard, including the oysters! Seafood should only take about 3 minutes tops, give or take. Also, no place to sit despite Google saying dine-in was available. DO NOT like being lied to by businesses and/or search functions.

Their crab cake salad is AWFUL! A terribly breaded, flat patty. Terrible. But I only took off one star because I’m addicted to their fried fish. I get it weekly because I work close to Sharks. Cleanest carry out in the area and best customer service. Just don’t get that nasty crab cake salad.

Normally the food and service is great.Not so today the guy at the register was very rude to customer’s yelling at a few.My food order wasn’t good at all my fries greasy mushy not edible at all.I asked for my fish to be fried soft it was overcooked and had a weird sweet taste to it.I have eaten there at least four times I don’t eat out often especially fast food carryout. So needless to say I was disappointed today. I’ve been calling for about a hour can’t get through.I was able to return the next day my entire order was remade for me.It was perfect I’m was eased.The younglady there today was the one who is normally there. She’s very polite and professional she brings good energy to the environment.
