Haven’t had the food. I stopped here for my husband and son. They love it! Today however they had a pleasant young woman at the window today! Her patience at the jacked speaker and again from the time I got to the actual window she was welcoming! I hope she continues to be a rainbow when someone else is having a storm. Amazing service and very attentive!

After placing my order, the cashier told me that my receipt wasn’t available. I didn’t give it much thought, later I discovered that I was charged 3.00 more than what I was told. Plus the price was 3.00 more than what’s posted on the menu. The fish was fried too hard and the place needs a real cleaning. I will not be returning.

If you’re looking for a fish and chicken restaurant, Shark is definitely the place to go. I tried the fish fillet, chicken nuggets, wings, and shrimp, and they were all so delicious. But what really stood out was their fries – they were cooked to perfection and the seasoning was just right. And let’s not forget about their sauce – they have different types and their signature sauce is absolutely amazing. The food was fantastic, and the service was top-notch. I had such a great experience at Shark and I can’t wait to go back again soon!

The guy at the window…..A1 service. He was kind and patient. My auntie gave him a hard time, but he helped out every step of the way. He asked how everything was. I will definitely be going back. Everything was fresh and Hot to order. That’s what the wait is for!!!! But it was good!!!!

The overall service has went down quite a bit. I ordered a gyro and the lamb was dry and old.They also made racist comments, about Africa American people being high and dumb. The owner was also arrested for pulling a gun on a black worker at the Hickory Hill location.

It was not cooked all the way, or something because it was nasty. And it was one of my favorite places to eat. They have really fell off.Then I took it back he wanted to try to overcharge me. So I got something else, and it wasn’t cooked all the way. Then it was like they scrapped the bottom to give me messed up fries.

Extremely rude and disrespectful to black people and the hiring managers brother shot at a black lady because of the color of her skin. Tony (the hiring manager) talks about black customers behind their backs to employees of this racist establishment. Would not recommend unless you want to support a racist environment.

They have been reported to the police for pulling a gun out of one of their employees (black woman). He called her names and threatened to physically do harm while retrieving his gun (she was unarmed). Once they realized the police was contacted – the thug immediately left the establishment.
