Love this place. Staff is super friendly. I ordered the wings dinner and they did not forget my lemon pepper like other places. They also have a lot of options for dessert. Got the taffy grapes and they were delicious!

First of all my Family goes to this shark’s all the time. So when my sister wanted shark’s I actually wanted to go to another one. But she wanted to go to this one. Couldn’t make up our minds about what we wanted because we were feeding a lot of people. So this must of upset the person behind the counter taking orders. He blurts out OMG! My first thought was to walk out and go to 1 of the 3 other shark’s in the area. But because my sister was with me and it was her birthday dinner. I went on and got it anyway.

Caring and friendly staff… clean area and sanitary procedures when handling food. Knowledgeable about all products offered, prepared to the customer’s liking… The Best store of it’s kind in Maywood, in my opinion. The great part is we doing have to travel to outside of the village. Peace

I don’t know who bright idea it was to have customer get their own napkins on the way out . I feel like if I place an order on my lunch break please put all the things I need in the bag to eat such as napkins and something to eat with . Also make sure all the items are in the bag that the customer order .

Not looking forward to this place again, chicken was dry no “extra lemon pepper” as stated fries were hard. I understand dearly when it comes to food cost and etc. I worked at many restaurants but the problem with this particular location the food is not fresh. The chicken isn’t dropped soon as you hang up the phone. The sharks on 5th gave you a wait time and that chicken was sizzling with extra seasoning at the time of your pick up. The food tasted as if it’s been sitting out and fries hard as a rock. And customer service I’m not gonna get into that. Highly wouldn’t recommend

Last night I ordered food at this location and as I waited with my ex she attacked me in the parking lot, in my car and took my phone and keys…I begged these people to let me use a phone to call 911 and they not only refused but told me to get tf out, called me stupid, among other things and said they didn’t care. I see this a new location and never had sharks before so I stopped in. Work takes me past this often so I wanted to see what the hype about. First thing I notice is the service. Workers are disrespecting lobby customers and when it came time to take my order. The worker didn’t say anythin and stared at me. I said hello and no response. Just a dead scary look at me. Complete silence while I ordered and only stated my amount owed and nothing else. Paid and got my receipt and waited. Service makes me nervous. I wouldn’t recommend walking into this establishment. Maybe order then come in for a fast pick up to avoid the awkward waiting. Price seems a bit high. It’s the most I’ve paid for a gyro in a long time. Presentation was ok. Food taste was good. Kitchen is new and visible to watch workers prepare. I think I would rather go down the street for anything else. I know I will get full and save money at a family owned business rather than this place. Over charged. Rude employees. I see why it’s always empty in the parking lot.
